I found it was HARD to "win" any auctions without spending a LOT of bid money in the process. I found it VERY interesting that I "won" 3 auctions within about 10 minutes of signing up. That got me hooked and I've wondered ever since if those "wins" were rigged. I am out of bids now and don't plan on bidding again. Luckily this experiment only cost me a net of about $80.00 and my curiosity is satisfied. Best of luck to the company and to all bidders.
I have won a few fast food gift cards and a grill utensil set but once my bids run down, I will no longer use deal dash. I do not see any way to gain an advantage by bidding on an item in the last seconds versus in the first 9 seconds! Either way it resets the clock so what is the game plan? No different than Ebay, in my opinion.
So far I've saved about $30 buying from Deal Dash. I don't really have a need for electronics, so I mostly try to win gift cards, and, occasionally, small appliances. I use the bid buddy exclusively, and am sure happy that's a feature. I've won some free bids, and will keep bidding.
Joined a year and a half ago. Initially fun but then became extremely competitive. Rated the site based on my feelings. Was very surprised when dealdash took the time to contact me regarding my review. We spent almost an hour on the phone discussing my concerns and suggestions for improvement. Very impressed that a company would take the time to do that. Made me feel like I matter, that I am more than just another number. Will definitely try site again!
Request for refunds were made several times and there was one item outstanding. Finally a transaction number was provided and I contacted my Bank and they resolved the issue. Mahalo & Aloha, Ray Gallant
I have had nothing but amazing experiences with deal dash. Customer service is knowledgeable and friendly. I've won many awesome prizes, some for only a penny. The prizes retail for atleast fifty dollars and they ship fast and free. I'm addicted and you will be too. Thanks DealDash for all you do!
This is a great app for entertainment and gambling and sometimes you win neat stuff. I recently won an Air Fryer for $. 84 since and about a hundred bids. They run promotions on buying bids all the time so you can get them real cheap (0.12). I've also won gift cards with only two or three bids. Customer service is great and very responsive
DealDash is a great company/product/idea. The company strikes me as being extremely honest which is the most important thing with something like this.
Plus their customer service is great. When you're new you can ask some pretty stupid questions and they are always nice and polite and fast!
237 bids or $ 142.00. This is what a bidder named "k..." expend in $25 Gift Card + 20 Credits! DealDash store price: $37.00. This is insane! Pay out $142.00 to win $ 37.00!
There was another player named "maxi..." (or bot?), who used 119 bids or $ 71.00.
I was monitoring various auctions and I notice that the same behavior in ALL them.
Coincidence? Ahhh! And you will find the same player (bot?) in several auctions.
Very suspicious! I now understand and agree with all complaints in this site.
I'm getting myself out. BE AWARE!
Sometimes there are issues - BUT they don't worry me one bit/bid. Why? Because DD customer service is always willing to listen and if possible rectify almost any problem. The response is timely, personal, professional and eager to help. I can't say that about any retailer. I hesitate to be specific at the risk of insinuating there are numerous or problematic issues. They may even be the fault of partners in distribution or packing, etc. All I know is that DD takes full responsibility, doesn't make excuses and exceeded any expectations of any issue I've
Elite bidders that have the money to spend and have done the research on each item's value when sold in various avenues (turn-key, social media, ebay, etc.), will win when it benefits them. However, persons new to auction style selling/buying will be eaten by the sharks with experience.
Hello Tucker,
Thank you for your most honest, invaluable feedback here and I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way.
Your feedback is extremely important to us and we ensure that it is heard by the entire company.
To address your concerns about frequent users and the possibility of reselling auction wins, we take these reports seriously as reselling is an unequivocal violation of our terms of service. I have forwarded this to our dedicated team moderating the auctions full time to look further into.

I've only contacted your customer service twice and birth times they were fast to answer and solved my problem immediately! Thank you if I could afford it I would still be with you got sure! May God bless you
At first it seemed harmless enough, you buy bids and bid on items. However, it is so easy to get caught up that you soon realize you have spent a lot of money on bids. I should have been wiser and not fall for their tactics like getting messages you are "running out of bids" or thinking that if I make it to the next level I will be awarded additional bids. Granted no one made me bid on anything, but in hindsight I should have never started this in the beginning. Other players beware it can be addictive and soon you have spent thousands of dollars and have nothing to show for it.
Hi William, thank you for leaving a review. To clarify, DealDash has notifications on the app that lets users know if they are running out of bids so they can stay in the auction, if they decide to do so and help the users to keep track of their auctions. We also allow users to earn free bids by completing their Time as Highest Bidder levels and completing each level rewards a user with free bids. If you need any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@dealdash.com.
I just received my items, they take a long time to ship but finally got them! Everything as described. If you have patience, go ahead and try to win auctions. If you want your items fast, think it twice.
Hi Lyssette,
Thank you for your honest feedback.
We are truly sorry and share your disappointment with the delays on these particular items.
We'd like to assure you that this is not the norm and we are already working hard to make sure a situation like this will not occur in the future.
We will be reaching out to you right away to work on an alternative solution to rectify this to your utmost satisfaction, which is our number one priority.
We are looking forward to resolving this for you asap.

Some auction web sites have come and gone due to in my mind corrupt practices that were allowed. I have been bidder with deal dash since 2013, eleven years and never thought once that any shady things were happening. There are a few bidders that go wild and bid thing to high. That is to be expected some people just want to win no matter the cost. Thank you deal Dash for all my auctions that I participated in.
Hi John, thank you for your supportive feedback! It's absolutely delightful to know that you've been with DealDash for such a long time. Your trust and loyalty mean the world to us. We're committed to ensuring our platform is fair and transparent for all our users, so it's wonderful to hear that you've had consistent, positive experiences over the years. Once again, thank you for being an integral and loyal part of our community. If you ever need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us - we’re available 24/7. Happy bidding!
After 11 days the items I had won still indicated preparing for shipping, I was informed that it was an external vendor and the items would ship soon. I was given some free bids due to the delay.
I won a $15 Amazon gift card a few months ago and it never came. I emailed them asking what I need to do to get my item, and their response was as follows:
"Thank you for your patience. Our supplier just got back to me, and it seems as if they haven't received the card, so it seems as if it may have been stolen or lost. I would suggest that you inquire with your local post office, other members of the household or even neighbors if they may have received the delivery for you. Unfortunately, we're unable to assume responsibility for this case."
My mail is delivered into a locked mailbox every day. It was definitely not stolen, but could possibly have been lost by USPS.
Trust them if you want, I don't.
First let me just say I have been a member on deal dash for about six months and have won several auctions of top quality merchandise, never encountering any problems, and would have given them a 5 star rating until yesterday. We will find out how trustworthy deal dash is by how they chose to handle what I would consider to be a very serious event that happened to me during one of there auctions. They are supposedly looking in to what happened, so I will wait to see how they rectify the situation and will be glad to come back and adjust my rating, up or down. At that time I will be glad to share what happened to me with all the consumers who count on this site to help them find trustworthy online businesses. Philip H.
Hi Philip, whenever an auction is sold it says "Congratulations" near the bid button. I understand because of this you thought you had won the auction when actually it was sold to another bidder.
Whenever you win an auction, the screen will always blackout and you'll see fireworks exploding with the message: "Congratulations [username]! You WON the [item name] for [price]" and have the option button to Pay later or Pay now.
We apologize for the misunderstanding. We value honesty and fairness very highly and have therefore returned all the bids you used in the auction to try again.
Positive experience. I have gotten some really great deals, including an I-Pad, gifts cards, and household items. I received my first bid pack back as promised since I did not win the first time. Everything has shipped fast. I would advise new bidders to read the tips and blogs on this site. Do not bid more than you can afford to loose unless you plan to buy the item. It is a fun site. Remember nothing is free and you have to put some effort in to learn how to bid.
Great to hear Janice and good advice. Thank you for sharing!
Being unfamiliar with the whole process, was very confusing to me when I watched the clock run down on a deal. One would think that the deal was about to end. Oh no, it just lapses over again to another 10 second countdown. When does it end? There is a window at the bottom right corner that gives you a time, but it says x-3. Don't be fooled. I watched that clock. It didn't change every three seconds, minutes, or at all that I could tell. Be very careful. A fool and his money, soon part ways.
Love this site! Got some wonderful bargains and just in time for the holidays! It is a penny auction so for every bid that is placed the item cost increases by one cent. I received a $100 gift card that just cost me $3.44! You do need to purchase bids that they usually have a great deal on, but at a minimum you will spend $36 to get at least 200 bids! Try it out!
Answer: Thats a hard question to answer, because it depends on the article, and its value. I will say I have won some great Articles, and lost many, maby more. The more valuable the article the harder to win. Personally, I gave up on Deal Dash due to the BID STOMPING and Jumpers and the gready nature of some bidders, who stockpile bids. Also, even though Deal Dash supposedly has means to catch Buddy Bidding, I myself have caught at least 4 people doing buddy bidding, reported it, and nothing was ever done about it. Finally I no longer play on Deal Dash, for the reasons I mentioned, but thats my choice. Its up to you, on what you want to do. Hope this helps.
Answer: Hi Beatriz, I want to start this conversation by inviting you to read our Audit Conducted by Ernst & Young: https://dealdash.files.wordpress.com/2014/12/dealdash_ey_audit.pdf Fair & Honest is a symbolic capture of DealDash's core values, and these certainly start and end with our commitment to being humanistic. I would love to show this to you, how can we help? Please let me know. Adrian Community Manager
Answer: Hi William. If you do not win an auction you will not automatically get the bids back to your account. You have the option to use the Buy it Now button. By using the Buy it Now option you will get the item for retail price and all bids back to your account that you used in the auction. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they both get the item they initially wanted, as well as retain all their bids. If you do not want to use Buy it Now you will unfortunately lose the bids. We recommend our users to bid on items they really want, so that if they lose the auction, they can still get the item and their bids back. Let me know if you have more questions!
Answer: Hi Julie, I hope you are having a wonderful day I'd be happy to explain how the Buy-It-Now option works. Each bid you place takes away one of your bids from your balance and increases the price of the auction by 1 penny, then resetting the clock to 10 seconds. It's in this small window that someone else must decide if they will place a bid to outbid you. If no new bids are placed and you are the final bidder in the auction, you win the auction at the final sales price. If you do not win the auction, you will see the Buy It Now button. By using the Buy it now option, you will get the item for retail price and all the bids you used in that auction will be returned to your bid balance. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they get the item they initially wanted as well as retain all their bids. Please let us know if you have any other questions and be sure to read more about us here: http://www.dealdash.com/how-does-it-work Thanks so much for your great question, please feel free to reach back out and let us know if there's anything else you need. Answer: Hi Elizaabeth, Thank you for getting in touch. We offer all of our customers a full money back guarantee for the first bid pack purchase. Our payments team can get in touch with you and issue a refund. Please send me a number we can call. My email is adrian@dealdash.com
Answer: Hi Patricia, Thank you for getting in touch. I am sure this has been a misunderstanding. DealDash is audited by Ernst & Young, confirming that all bids are placed by real customers and all items are delivered. DealDash members and their acquaintances are strictly banned from taking part in the auctions. My guess is that another user may have chosen a user name similar to DealDash. If so, we'll need to change it to avoid confusion. Please send me an email with your user name, so I can find the auctions and spot the user. My email is adrian@dealdash.com I look forward to hearing from you. Best, Adrian Community Manager
Answer: Hi Jan, For new users, I normally recommend watching our How it Works video for a brief overview of what to expect from the auctions: http://www.dealdash.com/how-does-it-work DealDash has a 100% money back guarantee on your first bid pack purchase and a winning guarantee. If you decide to give DealDash a try and don't win an auction with your first bid pack we'll return the bids back to your account free for a second chance. If you're still not satisfied with your DealDash shopping experience we'll be happy to refund your first bid pack purchase no questions asked. You can even keep any bids in your account or items you have won. Giving DealDash a try is risk free!
Answer: Hi Jasmine. All items on the site are brand new, factory sealed and come with standard manufacturer’s warranties. Vanessa, I am very sorry to hear you have felt that way. Could you please let me know your user name and I'll pull up your account? I'll be happy to assist with any concerns!
