Until you level the playing field again i wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy! They have about 20 or so bidders that you couldn't beat to save your life, so if they brought back limits to the amount of wins per week or even day it would level the playing field some what, but that would make no sense for them to do because they wouldn't make as much money from the suckers who don't know any better yet. My advice is to stay away from here until they bring back winning limits.
I've been on dealdash for many years and won a lot of exciting gifts for me my wife and kids sometimes you have to bid a little smarter to win but it is possible won a 55 inch flat-screen TV for 1 cent and only 20 bids what a deal plus you ever have a problem they will fix it right away like I said best site to bid and win great products
On the commercial that it you advertise say's its free to join. I did not select to purchase 60 bids when I first joined. This is where you draw people in and get then to join. This $36.00 I was charged put my checking account in the negative. I was so excited to join this site but now reading the fine print I'm disappointed. What if I didn't want to purchase $36 worth of bids when signing up. I feel like I was set up and that is not a very good feeling. I've told my friends about this site and told them it was free to join which now makes me a liar and that is not a title that I like to hold. So how will you fix this problem that I now feel very uncomfortable with and now have to explain to my friends to not join unless they want to be charged $36 even if they don't want the 60 bids. I have had a wonderful experience with this website. I was a little leary at first but I have had nothing but good experiences with this site and their customer service department. I have had a couple of issues but they were resolved quickly and in my interest, the customer. They really do value their customers and put the customer first. This is so hard to find these days. They were not just interested in their bottom line but in me as a customer and an individual. I was not just another number like so many companies tend to make me feel. I really appreciate seeing the old but good values of the past in DealDash.
DealDash is a complete rip-off. They're acting like you can pick up these items for pennies on the dollar. By the time you put in your bids and win you still have to pay for that item. It is complete scam. Also the money they make on an item is incredible. If a PS4 ends up selling for $150 on their site you divide that by all the bids placed, the end up making $1,500 on that item and then still want you to pay the $150 winning bid. Stay away from that site your just throwing your money away.
Hi Carl. Please note that more than half of the items we sell go for 90% off retail or more. This is including the cost of bids. So, though it's true that you have to buy bids to participate in the auctions, our users end up with significant savings.

I'm disappointed and tired of the Pro Players with deep pockets winning most of the high end items. I have concerns that there are bots on the site controlling the bidding. I have a feeling that the bids I have now will last a very long time.
Had an issue with an item I won. Sent a message to customer service. Within an hour I received a couple of options to resolve the problem. Karl S handled things quickly. Customer service doesn't get any better than this! Thank you Karl S! Thank you DealDash!

Excellent customer service was provided. I was able to change my username via customer service in less than 2 minutes. Today is my first day with DealDash and I love it! My wife was right. It's fun and honest bidding!
These folks are great i clicked on the link thinking i was spending. 60 cents and it was 60. Dollars and im on social security and that took all my money when i asked for a refund they were on it and did it for me! I CANT say enough for deal dash.com! They are wonderful!

DealDash is the biggest scam out there. DealDash is nothing but a scam. I have even shown them proof with their own time clock that there was 10 seconds between my bid and another persons bid and still nothing. Scam

From what you have told me, it sounds like the web browser was not updating immediately. DealDash is one of the most reputable and trusted auction sites in the industry and all auctions are played with real bidders just like you trying to win a great deal. I'm sorry if this has caused you to think otherwise. As the site uses Internet as a medium, there is always the possibilities for lags, delays, network interruptions, etc.
In this case the system was checking for any booked BidBuddies from other members that it must activate and keep the auction running. I do know that no one has had any extra time or advantage to try and outbid you. In the case that you see the auction timer hit zero and you are not immediately congratulated with the fireworks animation, it may be the case that there’s a delay in automatically refreshing the website. I’d recommend quickly refreshing your browser to see if the auction has ended or not: either the auction is still ongoing and you still have a chance to participate in the auction, or you’ve actually won the auction.
One thing that may help is to keep other tabs, windows and browsers closed while bidding to help keep your computer running as quickly as possible. Also it is always good to use the BidBuddy when you can, as there is a system in place that will ensure your bid is placed even if there are any unexpected network interruptions or loading delays.

My problem is that I live in a small town. Don't have most of what gift cards you have on your site. Have a Walmart but the Walmart card has become the most popular on your site. Also, I am a senior citizen. Deal Dash runs a good operation.
I contacted Deal Dash after learning that a couple of items that I had recently won were not able to be purchased. After sending them item information, they opened up the won auctions again and I was able to purchase the items.

It is becoming harder and harder to win and if entered bidding early you might as well forget it, you'll never win unless you were extremely lucky. In short too many people and too few worthy items to bid on..
Love DealDash except for the few bidders that have thousands of bids that keep others from having a chance on the bigger items. That doesn't seem fair, also, there seems to be team bidders who get together and monopolize the bidding. Why not have auctions that don't have BidBuddies? Give all a fair chance.
The first time I bought a bid pack I was so overwhelmed and frustrated that I requested my money back. They refunded my money and my bid credits and explained where to go to learn how to bid. I still haven't won anything yet, but I finally got the concept thanks to their outstanding customer service team! Kudos to them! A+++++!
I would highly recommend deal dash... I won an I pad 16gb for only 20 dollars. It's a great website and if you need to ask them a question they email you back right away. Love this website definitely recommend it to everyone.
I at first did not understand the results of an answer I received until it was clearly explained to me by in the original message, so it is clear that people should NOT make an unrashional decision until they read the response received from the help people at least one good time, or a second time to make sure it was understood. It only takes a few extra seconds.
I joined Deal Dash this weekend and was highly dissapointed and feel robbed. People have learned to game the system using bidding buddies. It happened to me in three of my five bids. Within seconds of stopping my bids someone wins? My bids are in Purple.
