Every issue or request I have made of Deal Dash, they have responded quickly and with excellent care. I am sure if they keep up this type of responsibility to the consumers, they will rise to the top of their market.
I was watching one of my favorite YouTubers and they had a sponsorship from this website. I entered the creator code, entered my card information (which is required to sign up I really should have seen it coming) but as soon as I reached the home page I got a notification from my debit card that $72 was charged to my account.

I'm a high school student working 8 hours a week as an apprentice, while trying very hard to help take care of my stepson.
I'm absolutely devastated to see next weeks gas money and entire paycheck just disappear from my account. $#*! these scummy bastards
I was signing up to check out the site because it seemed like a cool little website didn't expect to see $72 disappear from my account because I "purchased 1000 bids on signup"
I was offered no terms of service, it wasn't asked for, and I don't even recall seeing it on the page.

I needed to change my address. The customer service person was very helpful and changing my address was very easy. I also got information about the two items that I bid on, they have been sent in the mail. Since I have arranged a change of address at the post office that won't be a problem.
I purchased about 1000 bid in 200 increments. I feel I wasted my money over and over. I was so disappointed. I tried to use the advise of the support service member who contacted me but I still did not win anything. I just wanted to find good deals for Christmas presents for my grandchildren. I would have been better off if I had just sent my money at the store. I was told by the service representative "well its not for everyone" so it was a terrible experience for me.

Sorry to hear this Reta. A good tip when shopping with us is to always go for something you like and buy the item at normal price in case you don't win. This way you don't lose any bids because you get them back to try again. Plus you get your shopping done and a chance to get some really good deals along the way.
This is a very addictive site, so many products to choose from, with half price days, and free auctions, where you only pay 1cent for the item( plus the cost of the bids you used to get said item) and shipping is always fast and free! If there is to be a delay it is clearly stated on the item before you bid on it. Customer service has always been fast and friendly and fixes most problems very quickly. Can't say enough, love this site!
Deal Dash has always been very kind and fair and they help you in gaining more bidding points after you bid so long, giving you a chance to have a few extra bids for what you are bidding on. I have won a few bids and always received them in a timely manner.

Waiting since 11/04/2012 for items, several items still pending several items now out of stock, don't understand out of stock, you posted the auction, I bid, I won I paid so I should get my item guess not on this site.
All are Christmas presents, and several past ship time that you post. Took from 11/24 to 12-03 to answer my e-mail and still didn't answer were are my giftcards
I was debited bids for auctions I didn't even bid on. Then there was another auction that said I bid over 50 times and I didn't. By the way they don't give clear details on the process before you purchase bids.
Okay if an item sells for $5 it takes 500 bids to reach this and at 50cents a bid thats $250 they pulled in for a $5 item, pretty sweet wouldn't you say? So I will stick with ebay where an item might sell for a higher amount but I don't throw a quarter away with every click of my mouse.

After watching people who were not in before the 5.00 mysteriously appear (and look like they were there). I complained to the site. Now I am unable to use the remaining bids I have! Coincidence? I think not. Find another site people!... this is not as honest as it claims!

I love the site but it has gotten more difficult to win. There a lot more people and a lot of them seem to have money and can afford to enter thousands of bit which makes it difficult for the average (middle class or low income person) to win now that the site has become better known to people.
Perhaps it is because I have not played as long or much as many others but I feel like, some people bid, just in order to do so. It can be confusing but yet I find it fun, when and only when I can afford it. All in all it is a good experience.
I really like Deal Dash - I've won auctions, did the BIN and am happy with the timeliness of the deliveries (and the fact they're free!) and quality of the merchandise which is exactly as described.
When I had a question about the expiration of a BIN item, customer service was more than helpful, professional and ery accomodating. Great site, I have recommended to friends (telling them not to bid against me).

I signed up did not know what i was doing and was charged $77.00 contacted customer support and as fast as i was out of money the representative gave it back, i was very impressed plus he let me keep the bids i purchased but did not know i purchased to bid when i was ready... feeling blessed.
I was uncomfortable when I signed up for bidding. When I contacted DealDash they were immediate in the response and closed my account w/money returned. I was please and relief that they responded so favorably. As a timid user of the internet auction system, their response made me confident and comfortable that DealDash is an honest organization.
My wife bought a bid package and when we arrived at the site only two auctions to bid on. So we bid and won immediately. Looks like they force you to a page where you can win right away to suck you in. Once we won we had access to all auctions and could not win again. Unethical...

After you bid and win a beginner auction you are directed to the main auction page where you can bid on all other auctions. Contacted customer service and had an agent online in under 30 seconds. This was the quickest response that I have ever had when chatting with an agent online. The agent was nice and was able to take care of the problem. She ensured me that everything was done and invited me to check back with her whenever needed
Don't believe all the 5 star reviews on this site for dealdash. Check the Better Business Bureau and actual independent review sites for the truth about this company. Don't waste your time or money on this carnival scam.

This is the best penny auction website! They have the best customer service, and their shipping is unbelievably fast. I have often received items with a few days of winning an auction, and never longer than a week.
This site is great. I won a $10.00 gift card for Dunkin Donuts and one for Burger King for a penny. The best thing I have won so far is a purse. I had tried several times to win it with no luck. When I did win there was a special. I got it for a penny with free shipping. I love it.
