DealDash is the best penny auction site, hands down! The frequent promotional pricing of the bids makes it affordable to play and win. And, if you don't win, Buy it Now with all bids back and Free Shipping helps you to at least break even on the item you choose. I have received all items won or purchased through Buy it Now. Any issues that have been brought to the attention of customer service have been remedied quickly. I am a big fan of the site.

DealDash can be fun if you're either rich or bidding on small-dollar items. And they have $3.00 and $5.00 no jumper limits on items. But the developers need to do something about keeping people from jumping into an auction after 3 or 4 people have legitmately used either Bid Buddies or their eyeballs to tract and bid on an auction for hours or even days. Of course, it should pay off for someone to religiously watch an item and get into the auction when it's down to a couple of people but, if those 2 or 3 folks have been bidding on an item for a long time and invested time and bids (read "money") into it, it's just not right for someone to pop in there at the last minute and win the item. I've gotten so tired of this happening that I'm not using the site anymore. It is too disappointing and frustrating.

I'm relatively new to DealDash, having learned about it from a friend. And while I've not yet won anything, I did make a huge mistake in making a deposit/buying bids on my account. DealDash has customer service that is second-to-none! They handled MY mistake in a very proficient and professional way. Extremely honest and very helpful. Walked me through what is probably a very simple task (I'm so not technically inclined), showed me a great deal of patience and respect and, BEST OF ALL, actually fixed the mistake I made with a bonus in my favor. I couldn't be more pleased. They've earned my business! Thank you DealDash for being the very best!

I was very happy to win a $320 kayak for approx $115 (including bids). However when the June 24 delivery date came and went with no kayak, I contacted customer support. Upon further checking they discovered that the vendor they used did not have any more kayaks left for the rest of the Summer. While that was not Deal Dash's fault, I feel that they should have been made aware of that, especially since the same kayak was up for auction about 10 days after mine. Deal Dash did offer me a $350 gift card in exchange, however what I REALLY wanted was the kayak.

My experience with DealDash has been fabulous. I'm treated like a Queen. My questions are answered promptly and courteously. You feel great when you're a winner and DealDash gives you so many auctions to win and feel good about it. It's important to start out with enogh bids to win small and then go up the ladder. The commercials on TV are true. You can win often just what you want. I love DealDash. It cheers me up on dark days. Huge kudos for DealDash!

Not fair! I was bidding and some bids just disappeared, then I tried to buy more and it would go through but it still said my bids were 0. I contacted them and received no response. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried to contact them again. Still no response. I was bidding on 2 items and they went to someone else right away because the bids I bought would not show up. It is only fun while it was fair, now in feel cheated.

Deal dash is a great web site, but if you are like me i put things away for birthdays and special holidays and give a lot to charity imagine my dismay when i gave my grandson a remote jeep for his birthday and it had two little metal pieces missing in the battery department and it would not work i had to end up going out and buy him another one from the store. When i contacted deal dash they gave me bids but made a big deal about how long i had the item see i assume everything is new and not defective, so now have to take everything out of boxes to make sure they work and try to pack them back in. Not real fun to do but all you have to do is get burned or imbarrased one time and it changes things. So check all items.

So you log into dealdash and they decide what you can and can not bid on. For instance if you got 100 bids and went in they will let you win something trivial like a 10 dollar gift card to Burger King or something that costs them nothing to give away. That way you can't say you got scammed because they will claim you won an item, even though you can not really win the bigger items you want to. So then you buy more bids hopeful to bid on bigger things, but someone will always outbid you because they have computer systems set up to auto bid. I personally think they are fake bidders to drive prices up so the average consumer will pay big money for low cost merchandise. DealDash is a for profit company, they won't take a loss on anything so remember that if you decide to give away your money.
