I ordered a grill back on the beginning of April. The money was taken out of my account. I never received an email with an details on my shipping. I have emailed customer service over 6 times with no response. I never received a tracking number. I just need my money back at the point. Horrible experience

I ordered a second hand phone because boost mobile made it impossible for me to continue using my iPhone 6. They gave a deadline and dailysale was the third place I'd gone to look for a phone. My preferred website had a year warranty on the phone daily sale only guaranteed delivery for as much as a year warranty cost. I ordered one in fine condition it only turned on. Took it to a repair shop they said the motherboard is fried! DO A BETTER JOB OF CHECKING YOUR MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU SELL IT
Ordered a Jackery power supply. After a couple of weeks I tried to check on the status of the order through the email order confirmation. It did not work. I sent them a email and the replied they could not find a order that matched my email. I sent docs that showed the order confirmation and the charge to my PayPal account. They have not responded despite several more attempts to contact them. RIP OFF. They will not give me a phone number to contact them.
I bought the pop up tent and never received the item. All they do is send the confirmation and that is it nothing more. No tracking and you can't contact them at all. Try email many time bo reply.
Horrible! I revived used, scratched, old looking dyson with someone's hair in it, the leather box I payed additionally for it also was scratched, wrong color. They don't respond to any emails! And I have to pay 35$ handling fee. It's assaulting! Scammers!
I got my Apple Watch Series 5 refurbished but the quality was way lower than expected & the battery wouldn't even hold its charge. You expect a refurbished item to have minor wear on it but this one seemed like they dropped it.

Order IPads for my kids one arrive in bad functional condition send it back meanwhile re order two thinking that upgrading to a newer version they will be better, second got lost and the third arrive with screen all scratched like it was pull from Apple trash very bad experience so far, the worst is their customer service according of their website they call top notch, well after 20 emails I don't see nothing of that, just be ware it seams they are selling stuff from 3rd party vendors and they don't know the condition of what they are selling, meanwhile they received your money and they expect after so much frustration to let it go, really bad e commerce business.

Make a purchase for a brand new item on this website, but received used, broken item without original box, and with some dirty food residue. The website also tried to charge me $28 processing fee when I return for refund. Had to dispute through credit card company. A total waste of time.
This site was horrible. It placed an order that was no authorized, I immediately contacted them MULTIPLE times to cancel and they would not respond. When they did, several days later, it was "sorry, it's too late it shipped." Conveniently they waited until it shipped to respond. They said "no hassle refund" "happy to help you" yet they would not help or respond to any of my requests for help with return. Then wanted to charge me 30% of the cost to return.
In this age people order many things online. My experience with dailysale.com was horrible at least. I received AirPods that didn't work so I sent them back as instructed for a refund. 3 weeks later I emailed support to ask about my refund. They sent a picture of an empty bag stating the AirPods weren't inside. Stay away! They are ignoring me at this point. Scam company
