Nearly two months later, after I let them know I would be opening a dispute with my credit card provider, the product finally arrived - much too late. I'm not sure if it's incompetence or a deliberate attempt to scam customers, but either way, avoid!

I was told my refund is on the way about 20 times and nothing I keep getting fobbed off with lies because they are criminals and don't care about ripping people off stay away from this sight and shop some where else I am so pissed off and angry you are all useless incompetent people who don't no there job I better stop now befor I smash my phone u don't even deserve 1 star but u make me give u something
Never send any medicine, won't call you back, looking at the internet reviews looks like a SCAM company. Promised me 3 cal backs never got any of them, wouldn't even tel me what time their working day was, why? Because they don't have one its all a big scam

Avoid at all cost. Goods not delivered. Refund not given! On 31st March 2023, I placed an order, immediately the order status changed to despatched. On 12th April I called and was told out of stock. 5 emails, 4 calls and 3 weeks later I still have not received the refund. Clearly, they do not intend to issue a refund. Please do not use this company, it really is not worth it to save a few £££s.

She is running a scam company. Customer services rarely pick up the phone and are incredibly rude. The refund process is a scam from start to finish. Management is nowhere to be seen, and Dr Rani, never replies to emails regarding complaints; this the company should be struck off. Their practices are at best suspect and at worst criminal. Note Dr Rani runs a number of companies and uses different names

Complaints NEVER get back to you. The staff put the phone down on you whenever you ask difficult questions. There is some notion that DR Rani has fled the country.

Claim to give a refund, and then it never arrives. They provide you with a fake document that states 'refund successful 'l but it is simply an internal note to try and pacify the customer. The refund never arrives. There are 100's of Trust Pilot reviews backing this up. Not only that but they are being investigated by action Fraud.
Placed an order online and paid extra for 48 hour delivery. Goods were never received. No update as to why. They have kept my money. Unable to contact them. Other reviews on various sites have similar experiences. Looked the company up on official Government website - others customers may find this informative. Spoke to my bank re them trying to do a section 75 on credit card. Not sure how much I can actually put on here but suffice to say I'd avoid them like the plague!

On 26 June, I placed an order with Daily Chemist, for which £192.33 was deducted from my account the following day.
Having still not received the item in over three weeks (!), I emailed them today, only to get a response back that my order had been cancelled. It was only after I emailed again asking for a refund did I receive a phone call back to inform me that my refund would be processed.
This is appalling behaviour on the part of DAILY CHEMIST:
1. That they did not inform me that my purchase was not going to be honoured;
2. That they took my not-insubstantial amount of money anyway;
3. That they did not (still not received although I accept it may take a couple of days to process…) refund me until I pursued them... (!)
In short, poor and frankly dishonest, service.
Apparently my experience is not unique...
Besides, (giving them the benefit of the doubt...) they - when they responded to my enquiry by informing me that my order had been cancelled - could have apologised in the first place, and seek to assure me that they would be refunding me forthwith. Instead, no mention of a refund - but a 10% discount voucher towards another purchase from them...
Had I not picked up on the fact that they had already debited nearly £200 from my account THREE WEEKS ago, I am not confident that they would have returned it to me without further pursuance...:-((

This is a disgraceful company that purposefully refuse to refund you for as long as possible. They only refunded me for a medication that was out of stock once I threatened to report them to the Pharmacy regulators. This process took over a month and involved more than 15 phone calls and emails.
Ordered twice same order, no response/acknowledgement. Will check my bank to see if they have taken my Visa payments. Their phone line doesn't work or their email, The Google street picture is of an anonymous carpark in a business park with no sign of "Daily Chemist".
Will inform fraud office and police unless I receive the goods or a straight refund immediately.

The worst customer care service I have ever received. They take international orders but can not ring international numbers. I have had to get in touch 20 times via phone & email to receive information on a delayed order (30 days late). Still no information and they have €300 of my money. Medical negligence.
I ordered a Semaglutide pen and 2 weeks later was told I would need to be supplied by them tablets first for over £200 before I could get a pen. I purchased the tablets and they did absolutely nothing….,,,I ordered a pen after completing the tablet course but after 2 more weeks I'm told they only supply them to NHS patients first…….in other words they don't have the Semaglutide pens ……….steer clear of them, it's a scam

I've had some issues in the past with other online pharmacies not delivering what they promised, but this one was a breath of fresh air. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was a breeze. They also had some great discounts and deals which was a bonus.

Sadly I've been scammed by this company I wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order. I've phoned them several times but they tell you complete rubbish and the goods have never been received. Avoid at all costs.
I paid for an express delivery for the Ozempic treatment and the company has said that they sent it and blamed the post Office for it but the post office has said that the company has never contacted them, I have spent so much time and effort trying to get my goods or my money back and Daily Chemists just keeps saying to go the Mail office something that I have done for weeks now, Avoid this company as you may as well throw your money down a drain as you will not receive the goods or your money back, Avoid avoid avoid.

I ordered an ozempic pen but after a month of waiting and still not receiving it I asked for a refund. The refund was apparently processed 5 weeks ago however I have still not received it: I have phoned the company multiple times and every time I am told they are busy and will call me back however I am still awaiting a call back: I phoned again yesterday and spoke to a very cheeky woman who told me it was my banks fault I hadn't received the money, looks like it is a scam company: I have lost out on £205!

Don't touch this con. I placed one order which they cancelled saying it was out of stock... but obviously kept my details as I've started getting charges of, £5.99 on my credit card marked as 'on line'.
My c/c company told my it was Daily Chemist and suggested I contact them. They deny its them! Saw on another review site that I'm not the only one this has happened to.
Am now going to inform my Credit card company (Tesco) and the Police. This is out and out fraud.
Ordered 4 products which stated were in stock, no confirmation email. 5 days later got 2 emails. One saying order was cancelled because of 'stock issues', but {they wrote} no payment taken so no refund required. 2nd email stated similar info but said a refund would follow shortly. They had taken payment from my account the day I placed the order.
They don't reply to emails, phone no is not an active line,. I recommend you don't order from them but if you do use a credit card as you might have to do what I did and get the refund from your card issuer!
If you don't like me and many others receive your items or refunds contact Action Fraud / Trading Standards/Citizens Advice Bureau/HMRC/BBC Watchdog/Ghpc. Please look at Trust Pilot for reviews and you will see same story! 3 wks later I have no refund!

This company will not refund me, I have asked them time and time again still waiting, they take your money even though they don't have product in stock. My advice avoid like the plague
One of the worst companies i have ever used - placed my order and nothing came.
I then complained and they said they had re sent it (rubbish)
After 1 month they said it was out of stock and had not taken any money because the money is only taken on dispatch (rubbish) they had taken it from my bank so i showed them.
They said that a refund was being issued and 2 weeks later still waiting and complaining to them.
Various phone calls to people who do not speak very good english and countless emails - i would advise everyone to steer clear! Order elsewhere.
