They give you the impression that you are in charge of your money, but in really, they are. Their sole concern is your money, and they don't give a damn about your withdrawal issues or unpleasant experience. Even though I received withdrawal assistance and was able to recover my loss, the devastation this organization made to my life was tragic. The customer service is the worst; they are unable to resolve any issue. In order to help anyone experiencing issues with this firm, I have made the decision to provide additional details about my successful withdrawal process.

Last summer I placed an order for period delay medication, which the website claimed was in stock. I received an email saying my order had been dispatched. I waited two weeks before chasing it up, at which point I was told the product was out of stock. I asked for a refund and got no response. Nearly two months later, after I let them know I would be opening a dispute with my credit card provider, the product finally arrived - much too late. I'm not sure if it's incompetence or a deliberate attempt to scam customers, but either way, avoid!
This is a disgraceful company that purposefully refuse to refund you for as long as possible. They only refunded me for a medication that was out of stock once I threatened to report them to the Pharmacy regulators. This process took over a month and involved more than 15 phone calls and emails.
This company is a complete SCAM, quick to take your money for nothing in return. My order didn't arrive, 10 days later I telephone and speak to two operators separately, one after the other, both telling me different stories! Several emails sent previously with no replies, how they can lie through their teeth is beyond me. Stay away! 0 stars given!
The worst customer care service I have ever received. They take international orders but can not ring international numbers. I have had to get in touch 20 times via phone & email to receive information on a delayed order (30 days late). Still no information and they have €300 of my money. Medical negligence.
Sadly I've been scammed by this company I wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order. I've phoned them several times but they tell you complete rubbish and the goods have never been received. Avoid at all costs.
Medicines do not arrive, trying to speak to them is impossible, you ay for next day delivery and 1 month later it's not here. Automated voice tell you the system is having issues and they will call you back, never happens. Do not use these scammers
Placed an order in February and items were out of stock. Okay no problem as card not debited. Placed order in April and card was debited. Same day email received advising that the items were not available as out of stock. So why debit my card then? Had to chase and chase for a refund and a refund finally obtained when I issued a small claims writ. Would advise anyone in the same situation to issue a small claims writ - very easy to do online. Seemed to provoke a response from the company. Please avoid this website though.
I ordered a Semaglutide pen and 2 weeks later was told I would need to be supplied by them tablets first for over £200 before I could get a pen. I purchased the tablets and they did absolutely nothing….,,,I ordered a pen after completing the tablet course but after 2 more weeks I'm told they only supply them to NHS patients first…….in other words they don't have the Semaglutide pens ……….steer clear of them, it's a scam
I was told my refund is on the way about 20 times and nothing I keep getting fobbed off with lies because they are criminals and don't care about ripping people off stay away from this sight and shop some where else I am so pissed off and angry you are all useless incompetent people who don't no there job I better stop now befor I smash my phone u don't even deserve 1 star but u make me give u something
40 days waiting for a delivery, several emails in I'm constantly been given the run about, problems with international delivery, lies as I've received parcels from other English companies in a few days etc. then can't find it, then were onto Royal Mail and no reply etc, oh then resent 3 weeks ago with no number to trace, alas surprise surprise it also hasn't turned up, the latest after asking for a refund of over 100 sterling several times they asked me to bare with them and they'll get back to me, they haven't, buyer be very aware, spend your money on trustworthy companies, John
On 26 June, I placed an order with Daily Chemist, for which £192.33 was deducted from my account the following day.
Having still not received the item in over three weeks (!), I emailed them today, only to get a response back that my order had been cancelled. It was only after I emailed again asking for a refund did I receive a phone call back to inform me that my refund would be processed.
This is appalling behaviour on the part of DAILY CHEMIST:
1. That they did not inform me that my purchase was not going to be honoured;
2. That they took my not-insubstantial amount of money anyway;
3. That they did not (still not received although I accept it may take a couple of days to process…) refund me until I pursued them... (!)
In short, poor and frankly dishonest, service.
Apparently my experience is not unique...
Besides, (giving them the benefit of the doubt...) they - when they responded to my enquiry by informing me that my order had been cancelled - could have apologised in the first place, and seek to assure me that they would be refunding me forthwith. Instead, no mention of a refund - but a 10% discount voucher towards another purchase from them...
Had I not picked up on the fact that they had already debited nearly £200 from my account THREE WEEKS ago, I am not confident that they would have returned it to me without further pursuance...:-((

If i could give 0 stars, I would. Bad service that rip people off. Avoid like the plague. They will take your money and not send what you ask for. Customer service is horrendous.
Placed an order online and paid extra for 48 hour delivery. Goods were never received. No update as to why. They have kept my money. Unable to contact them. Other reviews on various sites have similar experiences. Looked the company up on official Government website - others customers may find this informative. Spoke to my bank re them trying to do a section 75 on credit card. Not sure how much I can actually put on here but suffice to say I'd avoid them like the plague!
Ordered twice same order, no response/acknowledgement. Will check my bank to see if they have taken my Visa payments. Their phone line doesn't work or their email, The Google street picture is of an anonymous carpark in a business park with no sign of "Daily Chemist".
Will inform fraud office and police unless I receive the goods or a straight refund immediately.
Never send any medicine, won't call you back, looking at the internet reviews looks like a SCAM company. Promised me 3 cal backs never got any of them, wouldn't even tel me what time their working day was, why? Because they don't have one its all a big scam
I placed an order, cheaper than any competitors and then read the reviews. I have to say my experience has been extremely favourable. Extremely fast service especially with the Queens jubilee sandwiched between order and delivery. I was emailed regularly to keep me informed of my orders progress. So 10 out of 10 from me and I will undoubtedly use this company again. Maybe I was lucky or perhaps they have taken deed of past reviews and sorted the problems out, but great service, quick delivery and absolutely no problem speaking to a member of staff. I hope you will get the high standard of care and diligence I did
Like many other people, this company took my money and failed to send the item, they do not reply to emails, finally managed to speak to someone who said they would refund me, I haven't received that either,
Ordered 4 products which stated were in stock, no confirmation email. 5 days later got 2 emails. One saying order was cancelled because of 'stock issues', but {they wrote} no payment taken so no refund required. 2nd email stated similar info but said a refund would follow shortly. They had taken payment from my account the day I placed the order.
They don't reply to emails, phone no is not an active line,. I recommend you don't order from them but if you do use a credit card as you might have to do what I did and get the refund from your card issuer!
