Awful customer service. They give you 10 days for the return window, but doesn't honor it! Product is not worth the cost. Never supporting CR again!
Cynthia Rowley is engaged in serious criminal behaviour and if you purchase you will send your money to her, and get nothing in return. I, along with hundreds of others, fell for the slick advertising and purchase a $300 dress. No communication and no dress. THEN I checked consumer websites, and googled old Cynthia and she and her husband have a history of illegal money practices and have been sued by everyone. I see criminal charges in the not too distant future. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.
I absolutely love all of her products! The packaging and product is so pretty and suits my needs! I will definitely be purchasing more of her products in the future!
