I had a terrible experience, they made me wait an entire month for a refund, and all after I forwarded my emails to my husband. This dress shirt is overpriced $325 poorly made cheap looking. Buyers be aware.

I like their products but you better make sure you can return within 10 days if it doesn't fit or you are out of luck. And then you have to wait for months to be reimbursed. If you missed the 10 day deadline you are sheer out if luck. Their customer service is non existent and won't help no matter what. On top of that their sizing isn't consistent so beware!

Scam

I purchased a dress with an option to try before I buy it. The dress came looking super cheap. The material was of a very low quality and honestly the dress just looked ugly. I sent it back the next day and it was delivered to them promptly. Nevertheless, a couple of weeks later they charged me. I contacted their support several times but was ignored. I've disputed this transaction with my bank and will never buy anything from this merchant again

I ordered a fairly expensive dress from their website after seeing it on Instagram. It looked less than attractive on me, so I immediately returned it. It's been almost two weeks since the item was marked as delivered. I have contacted the company by email twice and called twice. I have no idea if or when I will receive my refund. I wish I had read reviews before choosing to purchase from this company. I will NEVER do so again. You would think that they would at least try to do better since so many retailers are going out of business. I guess they don't care.

Horrible customer service!

I'm having the same problem as everyone else…I bought a dress, didn't like it so I returned it the next day. I'm still waiting for my refund! Got only one response from CR Customer Service that said they were switching refund systems and are experiencing huge delays. Now they won't even respond to my emails! I will NEVER buy from them again! Beware!

My return was marked delivered early August and I've yet to receive my refund. You can't get anyone on the phone and all voicemails are full. They keep telling me it's in line to be processed or it's been processed they don't even know, bottom line I'm taking acting for theft at this point. They are refusing to process my refund and not following their own return policy! It hope they go out of business because this isn't how you run one.

Wouldn't even offer a store credit for a dress that does not fit. Rude customer service. I wish I read theater reviews before I dropped $700 on the poorly designed and flimsy dress for a wedding. Don't spend your money with this brand - they have zero respect for their customers.

Their return policy gives you seven days and it arrived late. I won't deal with them again because there is no phone number and I could not get any help even to exchange the dress that didn't fit. It's fine for them to have such a strict policy, but I don't do business with companies who don't return emails and don't have a phone contact

Place an order on November 22, they already charged to my credit card, and never received, Send email to customer services without any responses.
Don't order online product never received, and no ones take care...……….

I returned my purchase one day after receipt. Customer service acknowledged the return and stated, "We are currently switching refund systems, so we have experienced a huge delay in our old system.
We have confirmed the receipt of your return package and your refund is being processed."
It has been 24 days since that email. I have yet to receive my almost $800 refund. I have also called the Customer Service line and their voicemail is full, and you cannot leave a message.

I see here people experiencing same issue as me. Purchased 2 pair of pants in total over $500. Received it ", didn't like it, made a return very next day. In few days tracking number got status "delivered". Delivered on July 6, today is July 26th and I still got no refund. Emailed them twice- no response, called few times - voicemail box is full and it's impossible to leave a message. I even send message on their Facebook page - no answer. I am shocked. It was my first online purchase with them and the last one! What a joke… Beware!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER

I will echo what everyone has said about buying from cynthiarowley.com. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Their customer service is the worst customer service of any online retailer. I purchased an item from their website and decided to return it 4 days after the order was delivered. I tried to return it on the website, but the website said that I was out of the return window. (This is inconsistent with the return policy on the shipment invoice which gives customers 7 days to return from the order being delivered.) I emailed their returns email (they don't have a customer service phone number) within the 7 day window and have since sent 4 additional emails. It has been 2 weeks, and I have not heard anything back.

If you would like to purchase a Cynthia Rowley item, I would strongly suggest not purchasing directly from them. (The same items are also available at Nieman Marcus.) I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to purchasing from their website.

Worst company ever

Worst shopping experience of my life.

I am attempting an exchange and their website ist letting me
I must have sent over 20 emails
From the day i receieved it. Bu the time they replied it was passed the two weeks to exchange
I sent 20 more emails
They said we will extend it for you. I go on the website and it isnt extended.
This is torture
Im about to dispute my charge and create lots of social media bad rap bad reviews videos on this horrible company.

It seems cynthian.com and mowou.com are also additional names this company uses and offers switch bait ordering. I ordered a shoe rack and received a cheap knockoff bracelet. Once I told them I was disputing with my card they now want to offer it to me without having to pay the difference. Supposedly it's worth 269$. Yeah right it's beaded fake garbage. I want to get it appraised to prove the point. I have asked for a return shipping label in every email. Still nothing.

NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought some shoes on "Sale" they weren't labeled on the website as damaged as I wouldn't have bought since I have no use for damaged shoes. I paid $185 for a pair of shoes that came in a box with a bright orange sticker on top of the box that said "DAMAGED". The sides of the shoes were rubbed raw as if they'd been worn and the color came off of them. They're green so it's very clear where the damage is. They're unwearable. I have called every store, submitted requests for refund, or to send back and they either wont get back to me or they ignore me altogether. WILL NEVER purchase from them again unless of course it's at marshalls where all of their stuff ends up anyways for a fraction of the price. Also note, I have been working on this issue for 4 months to no avail.

Worst company ever I made a mistake and ordered something online didn't realize it was a final sale but anyway I ordered the wrong size it is like for a two-year-old child it was very expensive I like Cynthia Rowley clothes but I will never buy anything from that company again and I suggest you don't either they are not exchanging anything for me and said too bad and it was $240 I will never stop complaining about this company

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BRAND AT ANY STORE. They do not know how to run an online business in 2022, given how easy it is to shop and return these days.

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

I have an email from customer service that I would be allowed to return after the 7-day window. I emailed them before I ordered the item because I knew I would be traveling and unable to return the item in time if it didn't fit.

Now that I am trying to return the item, Customer service is completely MIA - I have sent 4 emails that have not been replied to over the last 2 weeks.

Seems the only recourse is to go through your credit card company and/or file a claim in small claims court. Huge pain - why waste everyone's time like this?

Stick to ordering at stores like Nordstrom that have amazing policies, and do not support this brand at ANY retailer.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do not order online from the sham of a business. They keep up their online marketing but do not produce. You cannot speak to anyone. They stole $480 from me. It took 2 months to get and I returned the items within 2 days of receiving and have not received my credit. It's been over 5 months now. Nobody cares there. At all. Shameful business practices.

Worst quality ever. I have yet to purchase one item that the fabric hasn't pilled within 2 to 3 wearings, from now on when I see something with her label I put it back on the rack.
