Amazing delivery time and great deals. Definitely my every day local and online store

Everything usually goes quite smoothly with a return, but this day there seemed to be a problem with the folks at the desk being able to "sign in" and process my return. After waiting for 10 or 15 minutes I took my helmet return and went back the next day. It was then taken care of efficiently.

AS I'M RIDING MY MOTORCYCLE AND KEEP RECEIVING TEXTS FROM CYCLE GEAR. I HAVE TO PULL OVER ON THE FREEWAY TO READ THEM! I HAVE OVER 800 MEMBERS (Wanderlust M/C) IN MY CLUB AND CAN'T TAKE THE CHANCE THAT SOMEONE HAS CRASHED OR NEEDS MY HELP! BUT I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO "OPT OUT OF TEXTS" THIS IS BULL$#*!!

The tire machine was broken, and a month after the tire purchase their machine was finally repaired to no fault of theirs.
The Manager Joe had my tires and rim strip installed and tires balanced, honoring their policy when one buys tires through them.

My 1994 Goldwing was in storage for 7 years and I finally got it out to repair and upgrade to start riding again. I took the front and rear wheels off and brought it to Cycle Gear in Lawrenceville, GA for a new set. They were extremely helpful in suggesting the best tire for my ride and were great at mounting and balancing the wheels.

This is my go-to store for my ride and accessories.

Easy to install, even with no instructions. It does cut wind noise and buffering, but it is not like my prior BMW touring bike. Understandable, and I can't say I am totally disappointed since it is better. It is just not going to turn a sports touring bike into a touring machine.

We needed alot of gear from boots to helmets. The staff was helpful without any pressure to buy. They are riders and use all the gear that is sold which gave us their insights to everything we bought.

Bought and returned 5 helmets before finding one that fit my weird oval shape. Super easy return policy and they were helpful every step of the way.

Also a great integration between stores and the website, being able to buy online and return in store.

Harth is a great store manager. He understands the product and how to work with customers, even when he is serving several at the same time.

Customer service keeps folks coming back, and I have always had a great experience at both Cycle Gear locations I visited. Will especially has done a great job and should be commended.

I ordered two K&N oil filters, they took a little longer than I expected them to take but they worked and are on my bikes now.

My son rolled his side by side in a slow corner and was OK. The helmet impacted the rollbar and did it's job protecting him. Everyone should replace their helmet after it gets even minor damage. The old one was from Cycle Gear, so I got another good one from them.

The salesmen was very knowledgeable. The web page is very accurate.

Joel the manager is kind, helpful, and service is excellent.

We forgot my Revr account at purchase. Received gloves and they are what I wanted and they fit. The CG folks have fully outfitted me again! Thanks MK

Needing some specific motorcycle products, I went to my closest CycleGear store, where I found all of what I needed with exceptional service, plus was able to purchase new shoes. They had a great selection, from which I could find the perfect fit. This beats online any day!

My overall experience with cyclegear has not been a positive one. The tire I ordered took about 3 days longer to come in than I was told it would take them when I got my tire mounted they damaged my wheel and have been putting fixing it off for 3 weeks.

My experience at Cycle Gear-Phoenix was exemplary. The staff are all knowledgeable and professional and friendly.
