Took my wheel home after install and checked the balance to find out the weights were left from prior to install and the balance was way off

Like the Helmet but do not like the strap. Cannot just pull the strap to take helmet off. You need to tread it thru as a loop and then take off helmet.

I like Cycle Gear for the easy website, good selection, and ease of returns. Ordering garments by a size chart is always a guessing game, and returning can be a pain and an expense. Having a local store makes that "exchange" process easy for items they don't already have in stock for me to try.

I walked in and told the salesman I was picking up an order. He asked my name and went in the back. A minute later he was back with my order and checked me out.
Couldn't have been easier.

Straight forward ordering process. Correct size and color. Great fit. Front is a bit long.

I went to the store and found the helmet I wanted, they helped fit me and since they did not have my size in the color I wanted, they shipped it to my house.

Pretty decent. They get the order out pretty fairly quickly. Just know need to order during the week day and nothing on Friday or weekends.
