I purchased a fender online, and since the fender is large I decided to have it shipped to a local Cycle Gear for two reasons: 1. Free shipping is always appreciated (even though I had to drive there), and 2. I got to visit the Cycle Gear store and try on gloves and other riding gear that you can't normally try on from other online vendors

Bought the docking hardware and I had no issues installing. It came with hex hardware instead of the Harley torx hardware. I had bought an Amazon luggage rack and sissybar/backrest and they fit a little snug. Even with the tight fit, I'm still able to remove and install the luggage rack/sissybar with ease.

Great with returns and guiding you to the right product. I haven't once had a bad experience with staff and have lots of toys for boys and girls who ride.

I ordered pinlock inserts for my 2 face shields, the shipping was fast and the pinlocks were great. One didn't fit very well but the visor I put it on came from Amazon so it was off brand, I blame that rather than the pinlock itself. It fit the visor that came with my helmet perfectly fine. Price was reasonable, would definitely order again.

Customer service was excellent. Both my wife and I were fitted with helmets. Mine had to be ordered to get the color I wanted. It was delivered within 5 days.

Ordered pants in a size 34 after trying on a 36 in-store. Quad lock mirror mount unavailable in store so ordered via site. Everything arrived as expected and worked great.

When i went to pick up my item the employee asked me if i had received a phone call telling me my order was ready for pickup. I said "no" but i had received an email that it was delivered and ready. He rudely told me that no one checks in any orders over the weekend and it would take him awhile to locate my item and scan it in. After asking me a second time what i had ordered he finally found it and handed it to me. I said "I dont think this is the right item" and he walked off and didnt say a word.

Originally ordered from Amazon and waited for weeks for both the large size container and a small container. Canceled the order and reordered it from you. Same price as Amazon free shipping and was here in a few days. Very very happy. Thank you!

I recieved alot of help picking out my first full face helmet. And also bought a comms system. Once my delivery came they installed the comms explained everything to me in detail and was thoroughly happy.

Always very satisfied, but this time I guess one of my order decided to visit the US before it got to me. I guess an extra sauce with FedEx. Only one issue from all the perfect precious orders

These are the best confort fit jeans I have purchased so far. The only thing is that it does not come with any of the pads unlike any other jeans from this brand. Not sure why as the tag says it does but when bought from cyclegear, they do not. Just be aware of that if you purchase.

Ordered a throttle body for my dirtbike and the site said it should fit and I got the part late and when it arrived I had the part and it came with the instructions but the instructions had pictures of a completely different part and how to install the wrong part and not the part I was supplied with 70$ down the drain, at the end of the day it didn't work thanks for nothing

Easy to order and receive at your home or in store. Both shipping times are the same. Only part I wasn't too big on was it took almost 2 weeks to receive my package.

I'd been trying to find a rear storage rack for my rebel 500 that wouldn't interfere with the small one I already have attached. This one fits perfectly!
