I would like to shout out a big thank you to Becky, a pharmacist at the Dixiw Hwy CVS location.
I was struggling trying to get flu medication to an elderly relative luving in Florida I'm in SC so had to call the pharmacy in Florida and coordinate.
Becky went above and beyond to ensure my relative received her flu medication.

CVS HEALTH. OTC Benefits through catalogue. Cx's should not receive any gummie vitamin or meds. Through the shipping or mail unless your packaging is to keep such like items safe from the heat. This common sense. You sent items you know will melt if not package correctly. Seniors have placed hope this benefit and to have your mind set on an item only to receive is not good. If it was an oversight ok but still the feedback from your customers should be taken seriously.

Today at the CVS store at 2501 NorthField Street in Dallas Texas, I had the best most impressive service by sales person, Ciarah Davis. Store #*******. Ciarah was beyond helpful in the photo department and made everything so easy and perfect. She was so professional and friendly! I look forward to shopping many more times in the future at this CVS because I know I will be taken care of. Thank you Ciarah Davis for making my experience today a huge success! I shop often at cvs on mammoth rd in Manchester nh. The store clerks are always kind and helpful. Summer who was working tonight went out of her way(above and beyond) to help me. Masson is so nice also.

I have lived in California and New York for most of my life so I am very familiar with CVS. I can say without a doubt the Mattituck and Wading River CVS pharmacies in NY are wonderful and are staffed with knowledgable, professional, kind people. I also am extremely impressed with cvs.com, the website, when it comes to the pharmacy side. I'm no pushover, I've been around. They are GOOD.

I received great customer service from Alexandra at 640 Arthur kill Rd. I was not feeling well and she helped me find all the items that I needed. Thank you so much

This review is in regards to the pharmacy department at this location in Kaneohe Hawaii. I'd like to take the time to recommend and praise this location and in particular Kathy and Nona whom are always efficient and gracious. Throughout COVID-19 things have been particularly difficult for all of us and I just want to say that these two people in particular have helped me get through among numerous other customers...Mahalo!

Love my local CVS. It's a smaller city but I can't really leave house often so I am very glad they offer same day delivery! Very convenient and arrives as expected. There have been some times when there was a delay but I would always receive notification. I love how friendly the staff are when I call with questions! Even though they seem very busy, they still take the time to answer my questions. I have carepass and use free delivery option often, which helps me save a lot of money in delivery fees. The app is very user friendly for older generation like myself. I am very happy that CVS offer such conveniance for people who are unable to leave the home often. I really hope CVS keeps delivery as an option because I have come to depend on it.

My doctor faxed two prescriptions to the CVS on Hillcroft and Braeswood and the pharmacy filled it within 15 minutes! They are amazing!

In the past two weeks I interacted with Pharmacist Ben. On the first occasion, the pharmacist told me there is a new pneumonia medication and wondered if I had received it. I told him I was seeing my doctor at the end of the week and would inquire from him as to whether I should get it. Last week I picked up a medication and Pharmacist Ben had attached a memorandum calling attention to the fact that this drug may interact negatively with another I am taking. I emailed my doctor who replied that this caveat is true in some cases, but my dosage was so low that it is not a problem. In both cases I was so grateful that Pharmacist Ben, in the midst of a very busy practice, took time to speak with me and later attach a memorandum to my prescription. I am blessed to have such a caring pharmacist.

THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE. EXTREMELY BUSY YET CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SPECTACULAR. YOU CALL THEM ON THE PHONE AND THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE. LACEY IS ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES - SHE GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO BE HELPFUL AND GETS THE JOB DONE! SO PLEASANT AND IS ONE IN A MILLION. ENTIRE STAFF IS VERY PLEASANT, TOO - ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS! KUDOS TO THIS PHARMACY.

I received my Covid shot at cvs. I was a little apprehensive at first to get a vaccine at what I like to call a convenient store, but they did a great job. Social distancing was implemented, temperatures were checked prior, and sanitation was thorough. I didn't have to wait to long after being checked in and was advised to stay on the premises for 15 minutes after receiving the vaccine to monitor any allergic reactions. Practically the same as going to the physicians office minus the hefty bill. I did have to drive a good bit to get to a location but that probably because supply couldn't keep up with demand when they first approved my age group for the vaccine. Also I scheduled my vaccine appointments online and the site is very user friendly which is a big thing to me. I recommend giving cvs a shot *pun intended*

My husband had a script that was sent to Walmart in Jackson, Mo. They screwed it up and the doctor sent it to CVS. We thought it was the one on Siemers in Cape but we were wrong. The people that work in the Siemers pharmacy were very kind and fixed the problem so efficiently. We will now switch pharmacies. Walmart made everything so hard. We now see that it doesn't have to be.

Jay and her staff are always offer excellent customer service and this location is not the nearest to me,but I make a point of going because the service is much better than Getty Square site.

I would like to thank "Alyssa," from CVS Santa Fe Cordova, for going above and beyond. The photo hub was not user-friendly. (I've used those before, so I do know how) No blank dvd's, lost pics, etc. She really tried to help. Went in the stockroom to look for dvd's. ETC. Tried to "tip" her, but she wouldn't/couldn't accept. She deserves a raise! Thank you, Alyssa!

I don't understand all of the negative reviews people post about this company. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I guess it's all in how you treat people. A t like an $#*! and get treated like one. Loosen up people!

I loved the CVS 829-0280 pharmacy that they have improved, Pedro and the pharmacy staff, with the second Asian doctor pharmacist, EXCELLENT staff, my family loves them, the second opinion goes to Julio and Mateo, super workers, nice customer services, Today I heard Mateo say in a loud and cheerful voice I LOVE my JOB and I loved it, I APPLAUD the enthusiasm of the place and the good vibes. Scott R and Ed of store 654 gave the best customer service. Scott and Ed went out of their way to help me in printing photo and look for merchandize.

I was in a trip in fort Lauderdale Florida and i found this machine selling products and i think this is the way to go, I really appreciate this approach to their costumers.

As always, Stickermule came through quickly and accurately. This time I was making my fuzzy graphic into a usable vector format.

Recently had to purchase something at CVS in Davidson NC. We had had a bad experience earlier and had almost given up on CVS after being long-time customers.

Fortunately on April 30 we encountered an employee by the name of Timer at the Davidson store (127 South Main Street in Davidson NC). He was most helpful, informed and courteous and has renewed our respect for CVS.
