They charge you little money at first when you pay it quickly they take another amount before you stop them and without your approval

Already spent 2$ for downloading the document, but surprised a week later 33$ was taken from my account. Be Aware Guys!😡😡😡

I decided to be lazy and use a generator to make my CV from my resume to have a more elaborate document- boy was I incorrect. The work i put in to get my money back from these people? Had to file a claim to my bank and get my card shut down even though I used paypal.

So heres what happened: i pay the 1.75 for their CV builder, but did not receive an email saying there was a subscription attached to it. Im cheap, I stopped paying for netflix you think im finna pay 25$ for a scam? No. So in 7 days i get an email at 1am EST, saying that my trial had ended and they took out the money. I also got a paypal notification of it. The following pictures include the staff's passive aggressive reply. TLDR: "Sorry you're stupid and didnt go to our home page but we sent you an email (no you didnt) and took the money out the day it expired, not the day after as per most subscription. Sucks to be you. Its our money now." But im just paraphrasing. You can read below.

Overall, basically my fault for being lazy and getting myself scammed. But also, itd be nice if "companies" were up front and had less hidden fees, or actually send out confirmation emails like they say they do- and considering their overall star rating is 1.8, one could assume they do this a lot. I would just save your time, and sanity and avoid this website at all costs. Use "rezi AI" if you want something safe and wanna be lazy, or use MS word for their templates and do it yourself.

These crooks stole $30 from my credit card, I reported it at my bank and filled out a from for fraud and my bank was able to recover my money.

Hier werken oplichters. Je betaalt eenmalig 2 euro voor het maken van een CV, maar daarna sluiten ze zonder jouw toestemming een abonnement af en verlengen dit automatisch, waardoor je 20 euro per maand moet betalen. Ik heb mijn geld teruggekregen via ING en ben nu bezig met het indienen van een klacht. Ze mogen andere mensen niet misleiden en moeten stoppen met het misbruiken.

They will charge you £20 a week. It's a SCAM. They are a disgusting company with rude employees and need to be shut down

I paid for one cv and they start charge me every month I ask for refund they said we don't do that so be aware.

They ask for a low price at first, but then they charge your card with much more money for a fake subscription! Dont use it!

They took the money from my account without asking me if I wanted to extend the subscription, given that I only used the website once

They deducted 45 dollars from my account for my resume, even though they wrote 2 dollars! This is a fraud and cv maker is a thief!

I don't understand how you got access to my banking details! I was billed for a service that I was not aware of! SCAMMED!

They charge you £20 and they won't refund you even if you cancel.
Horrible service and staff. Their website is extremely misleading.
