Still have not received my item and wonder if I ever will. Seems to be a pretty shoddy organization. No wonder they wanted the money upfront at your ordering and no way to request a refund. They suck.
This is a horrible company. I have been disputing this with my credit card. Do not buy from them! After a month of waiting they finally sent me my blanket and it is a piece of garbage. There is no way to contact this company. I can't believe people actually do this. Karma. I hope they get what they deserve
I ordered a 89 dollar sewing design rug and I got nothing. They took the money and sent out all these bogus emails saying it's on the way and they never had intentions on sending me my merchandise. This business is a scam and I want my refund back!
I ordered an item over a month ago, they created a shipping label, but never sent the item. Now their email addresses are conveniently Bad, so they don't have to answer for their incredibly bad service. I can't add a picture because I have yet to receive my order!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company took my money through Pay Pal and said I would not be charged until my product was made. However pay pal charged my bank account immediately. I have yet to receive my product. I constantly get e mails from the company on why I haven't received my order. Then they send a 25 percent off any other purchase. What a scam.
I have put in a disputed claim through my bank credit card. The bank has provided me with excellent service and credited my account after they looked into my concerns. Thankful for my bank.
DO NOT by from cuztomboxgifts. I believe they are a fraud. Make sure you go through a reputable company to from USA such as Amazon to purchase from a foreign company.

I was super excited for the duvet we ordered for my daughter, and stayed optimistic even with the string of e-mails apologizing for the delay. We finally received the product and it is not worth the money or what we actually ordered. And to top it off, their website provides no clear instructions on how to return the product, the support e-mail address comes back as undeliverable and an invalid address. Definitely a scam of a website. Don't waste your money.
Ordered a quilt. Got emails saying it was being created, then it was being inspected, then DHL was coming to get it, then it was stopped in customs and being delayed. PayPal asked if I had received it because they sent a tracking number saying it was delivered. Never showed up at my house. Last I heard from the company they said it was delayed in shipping by DHL yet tracking thru USPS shows delivered? Liars and scammers. Guess I'll just by my wife's gifts for Christmas made in America.

Do not order from this place. I ordered one of the rugs with the tractor on it. Received it today and it looks like a blanket. Its horrible. I'm so disappointed. This so called rug cost me 89.95. I rate this place a *******.
I would never order from this company. I bought a golf rug and paid $69.99. Plus 9.99 TO Ship it. I would not pay. 69 cents for it. This is a company you want to stay away from. Plus it took 4 weeks to get here. I stopped payment on it. I will be sending it back. Very disappointed.
Close to what i ordered but colors were not what i thought said king and king is what i paid for when i opened it it is more like a full size sent pics to show not a king lol they offered me discount now why would i order something else when they have not fixed the first one will not be ordering again not worth the money or disappointment
I didn't know where to find all these reviews before I ordered. Oh my goodness I lost a ton of money. All my emails come back undeliverable. And there is no way to call them. Now I have no Christmas presents for my daughter to redecorate her room and no money to replace the gifts. I am devastated. I went to the salvation army to see if they had any gifts left and they don't.
I went online to order and when it processed it did it for 2 rugs and not just one. I immediately went to the site to contact them. They only had email. It took 5 days for a reply and they said it was too late to refund. I received it 3 weeks later and it's not a rug... it looks and feels like a blanket. The picture is terrible. I went online to request a refund and it says no refunds on sales items... but everything on the site is on "sale". It also says no refunds after 30 days... I didn't even get it until 27 days later... and there is no phone number to contact.
I ordered five items from Customboxgifts.com, three bed sets and two rugs, totaling over $350.00 and the Bed Quilt sets were thin as sheets and the Rugs were more like towels. The graphic designs were poorly printed and extremely blurred. Also The tree bed sets and two area rugs were so thin that they could fit in one medium sized shopping bag. Also, when I emailed the company as the address they provide for customer service, my email was Mail Demon back to me like a letter returned to sender. I am disgusted with Customboxgifts.com. Do not waste your time of money!
I bought a 4 x 6 Music Note GS-CL-LD2306 Rug from Cuztomboxgifts and it arrived today. What a POS! It's more like a beach towel that a rug. No way it will lay flat. I'm taping a heavy backing on as an attempt to get it to stay down. I know I'm going to trip on it eventually. Luckily it was cheap, but never again. Beware.
So I ordered a comforter set so I thought what I received was a big queen size pillow sham. Yes I had to stuff my old KING size comforter into a sham. Yes KING size that's what I ordered. For $72.00 I received crap. I could have gotten a whole bed in a bag with a real comforter for that price. My mistake for trying to order something original. Never again. Beware of this company.
Ive never been more dissapointed in my entire life with a purchase Item looks like it came from a dollar tree. Looks nothing like pictures. I tried emaling their customer service and email doesnt work. This place is a fraud. Do not waste your money. I wish i would of seen their reviews before buying anything.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here! I ordered a blanket. What I got is not what is in the picture. After reading these reviews I guess I will not be getting my money back. The only good thing about this i instead of getting the large more expensive size i only got the small since it was for my grandbaby. Still... almost 40.00 later! So disappointing.
When I first placed my order, I got an automated email saying that I'd receive an email with tracking info within 7-10 business days. I give them 12 business days, and still no email, so I contact them asking when my item will be sent out, & they say soon. I give a few more business days and still nothing, so I start feeling like I'm getting scammed. I contact them directly again 2 different times asking for a refund and they ignore me and don't send anything back.
By this time, it's been nearly a month, so I go to PayPal and open a refund case, & that's when they decide to finally ship the item out.
When it got here after over a month of waiting, the item wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a rug, and they send a thin little blanket. So I open another case on PayPal and send it back, & finally get the refund.
& Also, their website says they're located in Columbus OH, but they really just run a scam business in Hong Hong.
I bought a comforter set and recieved it about a month later. The material was sub par and the pattern was blurry. I followed the instruction on the site for a refund and they came back abs offered 30% off instead. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general and BBB. Buyer beware, I would not chose this company to work with.
