Cuztomboxgifts.com is a Scam. They advertise one thing but sell you something totally different. They only have an email address for you to contact them. If you read their return policy it is a discouragement policy. No information about where to return the crap they sell you.

This company is a scam! Yes you do get a product but it is very poor quality and not like what is shown in the picture. They say they have a refund policy but when you inquire they say you have to ship the item back to Hong Kong at your expense. Then they say they also deduct shipping from your refund. You can't reach them by their email as it comes back. I had to escalate it to Paypal and they offered a return of only $13.50 on a $44.95 item that was unusable. When I asked for a larger refund considering the purchase price I got nothing.

Scam they go around the problem instead of solving it

They'll sell you a product that is flimsy and cheap. They run you around with measuring item and taking pictures. Emails only way to contact. Run out the 30 day return window. Never got information on where to return item. Whether customer is satisfied with item is not what they care about. They sent you what you requested. Does not matter if poor quality. That is customer's problem. Kept say sorry I was "unpleasant" with the item. By time the 8th email came around I was being "unpleasant" with them!
