I have a few orders that were not done properly as it states in the instructions I provided. I requested a refund for not follow the instructions and after the paper became past due, so there's no benefit from the paper. I worked on the papers and done them by myself. It was so clear that I'd been right about the paper but the support team did not want me to request a refund. After I waited for long and just before the dispute on Paypal expired, I decided to request a refund, and the refund issued without any apology for such bad quality work. Then when I ordered a paper later after this issue, my order was rejected because they believe that I did not deserve the refund for previous orders.
