Everything was great; the rims and tires came quick and nothing physical was damaged. The only thing is the tires did not fit on my vehicle when I called to the sales operations the recommended those tires so I got them.
Everything in the whole order process went smoothly abs the wheels arrived in a timely manner. All and all, great experience. I would buy from them again

Well I can start by saying I was going with ko2's and the back ordered was months out. I was so set on getting that specific brand and customer service was trying very hard to get what I wanted. After a few weeks they offered me a few other choices and I was able to get another brand very similar. I went with Mickey Thompson Baja legend exp's. I was totally impressed with the ride quality, quality of the tires, stopping was improved and overall experience was great. I thank customer service so much for helping me have a great experience.

Hello, I have received my leveling kit for my 21 FX4 Ranger, only two or three days after I bought it. My experience was great and i had it put on not long after I got it. Sorry I don't really keep up with my emails, I seen you tried before. I might post it to the gallery after I get all my bulbs on the back upgrade this weekend, and get my windows tinted. It looks really cool all black, leveled and has morimoto xb led headlights! Thank you guys!

I ordered a set of wheels and tires of Custom Offsets website that according to the filter would fit my truck, they did not. I notified custom offsets about the issue, and sent them some pictures. They had me select a new set of wheels and tires. The ones I chose were on a three month backorder. I waited almost three months before I was notified that the manufacturer was discontinuing the wheels. The Custom Offsets team has been super helpful to this point and they let me know what was going on. Then for the third time I selected a new set of wheels and tires. They were delivered, and I couldn't be more happy with the result. All in all the Custom Offsets team did an excellent job getting things figured out and keeping me updated every step of the way!

There was a mess up with the lug nuts I ordered, that was the only part of ordering that was not easy to understand. When the wheels arrived, visually the wheels looked great. However once we got to the balancing part of the install, one wheel was seen to be bent. Luckily it was slight enough that it balanced out.
