I am disappointed that it's been so hard to obtain a correct fit because the sizes are all over the place and the Return policy for custom apparel is extremely unfriendly to the customer. I also am unhappy with very limited color options in some sizes. I consistently receive items too small for wearing and there's nothing CustomizedGirl will do about it.
Shipping is quick, but you sure pay thru the nose for it, about $10 minimum. That's a third or more of the cost of some items I've ordered!

I would love to give a big shout out to CUSTOMIZED GIRL! I designed and ordered a shirt, like I've done before, but didn't realize how long it had been since I had ordered. I moved since my last order and when I selected "confirm" that was when I noticed that my mothers address was on file. She recently died so it was emotional even to see that address show up in my face. I immediately tried to email to correct the issue but I failed at that also. I received a confirmation as to the delivery of the item I ordered and was emotionally effected again because of my deceased mothers address gleaming with a confirmation of delivery. I wish I could've picked it up from there, I wish I still lived there, I wish she was still there but that is not the situation. I was actually contacted by one of your people, Bernie, Design Guide, and was made right. He reapplied my order and my shirt came to my house. I want nothing more than to express my appreciation, not so much for the shirt but for the service I was provided during an emotional time. Thank you is not enough. I am so grateful and I needed "that", not the shirt. THANK YOU!

It fit me perfectly but I wanted oversized Disney pictures. It could be clearer too. I would buy it again if the resolution could be modified but I think the sleeves are too short.
I loved how my design came off very cute for a great price! The teddy bear was so soft, smaller than what I thought but still cute! I hope he likes it when I give it to him next week!
I feel the material is thin with no lining and it only comes in white. The print was on the seam, if this was due to user error during customizing, I wish there was some notification to warn me. The ink used looks faded. It is what it is and will work for the event I need it for, but not sure I would order again.

I've used Customized Girl in the past for St. Patrick's Day tank tops and concert tees and they always turn out fantastic. This time, my best friend and our significant others planned a Costa Rica Trip and wanted matching tank tops for the trip - these were great! We can't wait to wear them :)
