I expected good quality from Custom Ink but am completely blown away at the quality of screen printing and design. The tee shirts and sweatshirt I ordered are beautiful, the Hanes Beefy Tee tagless shirts are the real deal, not fake. Delivery was very fast as well and shirts were packaged together in a plastic bag so they didn't get dusty en route. I'm so happy!
The whole process was really easy and quick. And I received my order days before I was expecting it. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to print t-shirts. Keep up the good work!

Beyond happy with the rep who assisted with my order. When i sent over my order i was almost immeditely responded to asking if I had a different type? Size? Of art work - not sure which one not well versed in that department. When I expressed I didn't have anything but what I uploaded rep got right back to me and told me he sent down to the art department to take care of and see what they could do. I thought for sure I would be getting a notification back that they couldn't work with the image I uploaded but nope - next thing I know I have an email my order shipped and then received the shirt on 6/3 - 6 days BEFORE it was expected! Will definitely be ordering more shirts and products from this company. BEYOND happy with every aspect.
Ordering shirts from Custom Ink was an easy process. The website is pretty easy to use and it's great to see a mock up of the finished product as it's being created. It's also easy to change out the shirt selected to see if your design looks better on other color or style of shirts. The process was easy and the quality of the shirts is great. I wasn't in a rush, so I wasn't as aware of the timing of everything, but I think it was done in a timely manner. I would recommend using Custom Ink.
I cannot say for sure I would order from Custom Ink again b/c I find that very poor customer service as you are basically saying you expect folks to be perfect
