As always, custom ink provided a great experience. I ordered multiple items and all were deliverers exactly on time. I also got an email that they didn't like how one of the shirts printed so they sent me a replacement.

My first order was disappointing. Shirt was so small for size 3 mo. I'm sure it will be too small for a 7lb baby. Poor quality onsie for $30. Graphics uploaded and we're supposed to be black. It looks like charcoal grey. Positives: good email communication, fast turnaround and shipping.
Setting up and ordering my unique shirt went smoothly; product arrived promptly; excellent quality AND fits perfect! Will be designing more in the near future.
Ordered an shirt for my husband from Custom Ink, I have ordered shirts from other companies and did not if the quality of the fabric would be poor, good or great. I was very excited when the shirt arrived and I saw it. The shirt looked great, the lettering was perfect and the quality of the fabric was far above my expectation. I am a Custom Ink fan and will definitely be ordering more shirts from your company. I will also voice my choice for Custom Ink with other agencies and organizations that I am affiliated with.
The website is easy to navigate and design. The design on the masks were nice, but the quality of the mask is pretty low. Very thin. But your customer service did ask if I wanted a sample first. Unfortunately, I was asked after I had already submitted a school PO and it would've been a hassle to cancel the PO if I didn't like the sample, so there was not sense. It may have been better if I had been offered a sample early on. Nevertheless, the product came as described and shipping was within the time frame quoted.

The website was easy to maneuver. But the quality of the Hanes T shirt was terrible. So thick and uncomfortable. Tried to wash it and it was still like wearing sandpaper. Another custom 1/4 zip shirt was of better quality that I had made.
I got my mom a sweatshirt with a picture of my eldest sister who passed away on it for Mother's Day and ordered my younger sister and myself one also. When they arrived, they looked wonderful and were very comfortable. She cried and was very happy with how it turned out. Thank you so, so much for pulling it off better than I could have imagined.
Y'all's products have NEVER disappointed! This is prpbably the 6th or 7th time I have ordered from Custom Ink, and although this time it was the stadium cups (which were perfect and here earlier then promised) I ordered, your t-shirts have always been awesome as well. My students always go to your website first to look for colors and designs. I'm no longer in charge of a student group, but I have told the new sponsor about Custom Ink. He's comment was... yeah the students want their shirts from there :)

I had great assistance from customer service, both through chat and in-person phone call. They were able to adapt my original design so the color of the design would show up well on the navy blue shirt. I'm totally pleased with the quality and the look of the shirts I purchased.
Custom ink went above my expectations! They were very quick to respond to emails and questions. They also assisted in adding Russian font to designs by simple email request. The print jobs came out exactly as I had made them and looked great. Overall I would say the experience was one of the best from a larger company and I have already recommended them to friends and family.

The experience of designing and ordering were great. The only thing I chafe at is the pricing because I was not a bulk purchasing order.

This was one of the most efficient and pleasant buying experiences I have had in some time; Emily was a superb customer service representative. Friendly, patient, helpful. The shipping was fast, especially with an order of 140, and the t shirts are soft and stretchy. We are very pleased and our staff loved the gift!
My experience was GREAT. I was surprised by how easy it was for me to place an order. The CI representative was able to save my order and waited for me to pay. When I emailed him about details, he responded SO quickly. Also, CI had to wait to place my order because we were paying with a school check. However, even having to go through this wait time, I still received my order SO FAST.
