I'm very impressed with the entire experience: -Setting up my custom graphic was super easy through the site. -I noticed after the fact that some text wasn't aligned vertically in a square so I reached out and Custom Ink confirmed they had already seen that and were planning to fix it since it was slightly off so probably unintentional. -The shirts arrived earlier than expected. Overall what was a silly idea to make custom shirts for a game some friends and I are playing together worked fantastically and I would definitely order from them again.
I got a big kick being a designer for my grand son's t-shirt! I was able to set up the fonts and design with simple prompts that allowed me to create an awesome unique t-shirt for him. The experience was so great that I've already designed another t-shirt!
We loved our t-shirts, easy to design and arrived in plenty of time to wear at our Son's Virtual Graduation, which helped make this unusual event just a little more fun.

Everything with the company and website is great but cost is a bit high, I ordered one black t shirt with front and back logo and it was 40 dollars. I would do a lot more business if they were a tad cheaper, place down the road with the logo charges me 17 dollars per shirt
I LOVE Customink! I teach theatre and get all of our show shirts for my kids here. The group order form function is awesome and super helpful if you want to keep everything organized. The shirt quality is great and I've never had issues with print quality, missing order pieces, or ripped clothing. Customer service is probably the best I've ever experienced, and they provide the quickest response! If I have a question, it's usually answered within an hour or two of me submitting it. Customink is the BOMB.

If you design your shirt in word or paint, they will print the page on your shirt. If you get an image from the web, it will have a square background. It's a click and print shop.
My daughter recently lost her father in a car accident. His birthday is on Father's Day and I wanted to design a Memorial Tshirt for my daughter for that day.
