It was all good. The website was so easy to navigate. I only called Custom Ink on the phone to speak to someone so I could get help with the school tax exemption. That's when the customer service became even better. Zachary, the Custom Ink employee, was SO helpful and ready to share any knowledge & help, like which T-shirts were the comfiest! The service was quick, but at the same time, none of it was rushed! SO WONDERFUL!

Comfort color shirts with my 5 color logo turned out great! Shirts are soft and durable and the color is vibrant, I'm stoked! Ordering wasn't the easiest process ever BUT if you get on the phone with them they can help a lot and provide guidance on what makes sense to order. Overall good experience and I would order again!
