As I've come to expect, ordering T-shirts from Custom Ink has once again been a fantastic experience.

An amazing job from beginning to end. The design phase was quick and easy, the website was user friendly, the price was very reasonable, and the product high quality.

Design interface very user friendly and great options. I understand the cost of one off shirts, but price was still a bit painful.

The website was a smidge difficult to navigate, so I called customer service to ask some questions. WOW! What a difference that made. The young lady who assisted me stayed on the phone with me for almost two hours making sure we could go through fabric options, embroidery details, and pricing to ensure we stayed within our budget. Such phenomenal customer service, and the product was absolutely beautiful!

The site was easy enough to use, which was good. The ink on the fabric was a bit thick and stiff, unlike many of the more water based ink that feels natural to the fabric. And the shirt fabric was awful.

I did ask for an amendment to the shipping name and was told that this was updated however the package was received with the original shipping name and not the name it was meant to be amended to. Other than that, experience was great!

I was a little frustrated that I couldn't automatically shrink the image size to fit the smaller shirts but I understand the reasoning behind that. Otherwise, I was impressed by my interaction with you! The shirts were high quality and came even earlier than expected. Your customer service representatives were super helpful and clear on the live chat and the shirts were a big hit for my family. Thank you for your service!

T-shirt is bigger than other brands I purchase. Unfortunately its too big for the recipient even though size Large fits great for them in other brands. This Hanes shirt is wider so keep that in mind if you need athletic fit.

I was very satisfied with my t-shirt. The size was perfect the images were great and very detailed the names look wonderful. You guys do a awesome and wonderful job

My shirts consistently are printed at a very high resolution and they stay looking new for years.
