Overall very happy with the shirts although the womens size M in our order look more like a childrens size so we are glad we did not order many. Quality of the Tshirts is great.

I was very pleased with your prompt customer service. I was contacted about the low-res of the image I initially submitted which was awesome because I was being an idiot and rushing, and I forgot to relink to the hi-res image before I exported from Illustrator. Thank god y'all caught that mistake and allowed me to correct it. I fixed the artwork and sent it over asap. Two days went by without a response until I received a strange text message alerting me that there was an outstanding issue with my artwork. I called the customer help line and a very helpful person sorted the problem almost instantaneously. Apparently, my email with the corrected artwork weren't getting through to y'all for whatever reason. Who knows? Who cares? As if the great customer service and top quality of product weren't enough, I received my order an entire week early! Thank you so much for making this little side-project-surprise happen for me. Couldn't be more pleased with y'all. Absolutely recommending this to anyone who needs it. A lifetime customer has been born

This has been my third order with custom ink from my tank tops and snap back hats to shirts they have been amazing i plan to use custom ink to push my brand that I've built on a social media platform. They usually get to myself well before hand. I hope that i can utilize custom ink and try and get better prices to push for my brand
The correspondence with Custom Ink was great! I was glad that I was able to pre-approve and sign off on the design before it went to print. I had a nice chat on the phone with your rep and she was very accommodating when I asked if the lettering could stay in its handcrafted state. She understood and reassured me that it was no problem to keep that part of my design unchanged.
I was able to quickly and easily figure out how to add font and graphics. The website is very user friendly and the product was made and shipped sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise. I am very pleased with how the shirts turned out.
I searched a few web sites and went with Custom Ink because their prices seemed the most affordable. This was my first order with Custom Ink and it was fabulous. Clint in customer service was very helpful and patient with my back and forth trying to get the most tee shirts with the best quality within my budget. Turnaround time was quick. Couldn't be easier. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
