Unfortunately, their products our way over priced for the quality. I don't mind paying for a good quality item, this place is not it. And, of course, they don't refund your money. They only offer you a store credit when you return. Go elsewhere!

This is an update to my original review. I traded several emails with their customer support team and they were responsive and helpful We were able to agree to return terms. It's a really nice looking swimsuit, so I'm disappointed that it didn't fit me the way I had hoped. I'm a bit too big up top for it to work and my tummy also is a bit too large for it to look nice on me. I'm hopeful that I may be able to try a new product with them in the future.

I received my order a little bit longer than expected but what makes me happy is that customer service was able to explain how shipping works. And recently just received the product and it's very nice, I can say, it's worth the wait!

The fit is fire, giving serious goddess vibes. Shipping took a bit longer than normal because the product was out of stock for a short while, but the customer support has contacted me to let me know and offered me a compensation, so it is totally fine!

If you need to return something they make customer pay for the return postage and you only get a store credit for items returned. My order was way too small even after I ordered a size larger than I normally wear. I could not begin to get over my hips. They could care less. They said to donate the item! I will NEVER order anything again from this company and I hope everyone reads the bad reviews before ordering.

I placed an order for 2 items on April 23rd. The tracking numbers now say they are unavailable so I have no way to track my packages. This company seems like a scam and I plan to report them to the BBB.

I started doing yoga and curv queen is by far the best shop for shapewear. Their products are comfortable to wear and really give a nice shape to the body. The quality and service are great too! Their shapewear is perfect for me, I feel confident about my body. Thanks!

When I received my purchase I was slightly…. Okay, very worried as it looked too small but long. When I tried it on I was and still am, amazed how it fits SOOO well, stays up and firms my shape. I'm VERY happy with the panties and will order more.

Theif! Do not buy. Scam scam scam. Paid for express shipping and paid for front of line. Still do not have and do not want. No returns ever. Even if you haven't recieved product. This person has no problem stealing your money. Their theif scammmer. Product not worth it hassle.

This company is a total fraud! The products does not come from the NL.

I ordered 1 month ago and still not delivered with poor customer service. It's a scam people don't order there! All positive comments in here are fake comments their wrote themselves. Save jour time and your money. I will spread this message, this company needs to be closed down. They are not following the e commerce rules!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They are deceitful and false advertise they also claim United States shipping but they don't all items come from China. They have terrible customer service and products. BUYER BEWARE! Shop somewhere else, do not waste your time or money with CURVQUEEN.

I am being told by CurvQueen customer service that I cannot cancel an order even though the item hasn't even shipped. I suspect this business is a scam. Be careful y'all.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Purchased 2 items. And not only did I get 1 item but it was the wrong item and not even in my size. I kept reaching out to them via. Email for a resolution and never recieved a response. This is a scam company please do not buy from them unless you want your hard earned money taken. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a two piece swimsuit. When my order finally arrived (it took what seemed like forever), a cheaper one piece swimsuit was sent. Already annoyed with the delayed delivery, I was completely frustrated with receiving the wrong, useless item. When I reached out to them about what happened and that I would like for them to send the items ordered, they told me "We are very sorry but we cannot send the specific item as we have checked with our corresponding team that this particular product is already out of stock and it will be removed from the website soon, we are sincerely sorry." They offered me a 30% coupon or a $15 store credit. Ummm, no, I paid more for the two item than the item sent so I told them that I expect the items I ordered or a full refund. Are you kidding me!?!? Why would you process the payment if the item is out of stock? Better yet, why would they leave the items on the website for sale? And now that they knowingly don't have it in stock and fraudulently charged my card, they just shipped whatever they wanted and refuse to give me my money back.

Please spend your hard earned dollars somewhere where you can get the items you order and your money doesn't get stolen.

Don't shop with them please it's a scam! I even have proof of their customer service representative lying to me about the Express shipping time frame! Look above my review, at her (Customer service representative) response to customer "Candy" Compare it to my attached screenshotted email with Curv's customer service representative. The Express shipment timeframe is clearly being lied about! Even worse when you're actually processing your order online they advertise it as if it's going to be in a few days! My order came right from California without Express or prioritized shipping! Still not delivered!
I talked to USPS! They instructed me on how to take a screenshot as proof, that my order was not express shipped or prioritized. I paid $30 extra for no reason! On top of that I still haven't received my order! I want my money back! The proof is attached below!
They stole $90 from me! Tricked me into express shipping ($24.99)and priority shipping($4.99) for $30 extra, just to never receive my order! You can even see my many attempts to contact them below. You've been warned!

Had problem looking for the best quality of waist trainer but suddenly found this shop online and ordered. I was afraid to order as this is my first time ordering online and had doubt at first. Delivery is efficient and the product quality is the best! Very recommendable.

They appear to be Dutch but only speak English, the product is shipped from Asia, bad quality, not sealed and they refuse to refund you in line with EU law.

I bought the Khloe butt lifting leggings for my partner and she loved it so much. The quality of the service with curvqueen and delivery is very efficient. I was able to surprise my partner and enjoyed the item. One of her favorites now!
