Ordered labels with new address because website said shipped in 6 business days.
When they did not arrive, I called automated system to learn shipped 10 days ago.
Spoke with rep who said should allow 2 weeks sent by DHL.
Read in reviews shipped third class for 7.99 shipping. Outrageous. Moving on 7/13 hope they arrive. If sent by USMail, post office will forward. If delivered to door, SOL!
I ordered return address labels for my mother's memorial service. I never received an order confirmation or an order #. Banking statement showed the charge 2 days later, but 10 days later I called customer service & was told they were shipped out 7 days ago & that they were currently in Kentucky. I live in Michigan (?) I just don't understand why the shipping takes sooooo long with Current Catalog orders! I will never order from them again!
I went to the UPS Store & they printed beautiful labels for me & they were ready in an hour.
I placed two orders within a couple of days of each other. Their customer service is NON existent. You get no help with live chat, they hang up on you. Their email is vague, and days later than they should be, at least they emailed me? I am hoping to receive my merchandise, I received NO new tracking info on my second order, was it shipped?
Who knows, I am happy I paid through paypal, as I can do a dispute and get my money back if they screw me. I WOULD NEVER order something as important as checks with this company.
I received the checks I ordered just fine, but the printing of my address was faint and hard to read, I've left message, called to be referred to the check dept and chatted with clear documentation and still nothing. Would never order again.
Ordered online for my 86-year-old Mom. Somehow the city and state didn't get selected for the checks. There was never an option for it that popped up and I feel that the website is flawed because there was no way to preview it before ordering. The order got placed anyhow and I paid for them. Received checks and they are indeed incorrect. Received a call that I just have to lose the money because it's my fault their website sucks. So, I'm out the money for the checks completely because they have kept it and refuse to refund any portion of it. I cannot pay for the same thing twice with this shifty company, so I will order elsewhere. How is that good business? I predict this company goes out of business soon. My advice is to order elsewhere. Current is very expensive and the quality isn't good anyway and most importantly their customer service policies are terrible. Just terrible. Shame on you.
Ok I remember when I had ordered something for 17 dollars it was shipping included they had took the money off the card plus the transaction fee twice which was 1.50 so that's 3 dollars the money was tooken off and they never did refund it for not sending anything and how it happened twice was the first time I ordered it had got canceled so I reput it and they took the other 1.50 off like 4 months later they sent a catalog but it wasn't the calendar I ordered
I ordered the Personalized Oval Address Stamp from Current. It is JUNK! First of all, it does not print reliably each time - there are light areas where there is no printing almost every time I try to stamp something! And sometimes a big blob of ink comes out on the envelope! Also, it's a little stamp in the middle of a big stamper, with no markings on it at all to show you where to place the stamper on the envelope so that you print a stamp in the envelope corner! Save your money - don't buy this item, ever!
Current catalog has been my primary source for greeting cards for over 40 years. I sent cards to all adult church members in our church. So I send a lot. I ordered cards and address labels on july 3rd. I have called to follow up on order. Depending who I speak with I am told a partial order is shipping or the most often is, the order is in process. Today, they don't even answer calls. Recording said to leave message. I suspect this will be my final order and Christian book will be my primary source for cards.
Horrible I've waited 2 months for items some come in mail then had to call. Missing items. Said I'd get a refund for out of stock item no refund. Finally after 2 months received final item still no refund never ordering from here again.
I WISH i had known about this horrid company before ordering. Just to tell you in advance, they over bill, send damaged good, and now want to report to a credit bureau because I stopped payment and returned their good!

Horrendous customer service. No return or cancellations even though the item is not in stock. They accept orders for items that they do not have in stock with full knowledge that they cannot fulfill these orders before the applicable holidays. Save your money. Don't do it.
Ordered checks on Oct. 11 2021. I ordered 4 boxes had them expedited. The associate I talked to didn't talk very good English. It was her first day of work. I was hesitant to place a order because of her lack of experience and because I couldn't understand her. I kept double checking to make sure she was understanding me. I received 1 box of checks. I paid 74.68. Kept waiting for my other checks never received them. Shipping was apparently 42.00. She didn't tell me that. I've been a customer for a long time will not order checks from Current again.
Ordered checks entered correct names and address. They sent me checks with partial names and no street address. Said it was my fault. So no refund. I know what my name and address is!
Will never order here again. Don't waste your money.
Placed my order on 4 December, seeing it was 5-9 business days to ship. Given the holiday period, I thought they would have plenty help in their warehouse. Called 14 Dec to check status; was told it would ship Monday 16th and that a couple of my items were now out of print. Actually shipped on 19 December and when I got the order, I didn't receive the personalized notecards I'd ordered. Poor Kristen Schwenke, whose cards I ordered, is probably not so happy either. Don't see myself ordering from them again. It was my first time and I'm not so satisfied. I will say the phone customer service reps were kind and helpful.
It appears it takes over a month to get product. Called customer service and they agreed. I would never have ordered from them if I had known it would take this long. Customer service said it says this on their site but I could not find anything that says it takes over a months to get product. I will never order anything from this place again. The lady at customer service was very rude.
I have tried to place the same online order over and over again. Order will not go. Get a confirmation #, but payment is not precessed or do I receive a confirmation email. Customer service says clear cookies and caches. Ridiculous! I order from numerous companies and have no problem. Heartbroken... ordered from here for years. I don't even want to get their emails anymore
I wish I had seen everyone's reviews before I placed the order. After order and expensive shipping, never got an email with a tracking number and the product did not arrive in 6-8 business days as promised. No replies to emails sent to the customer service email address. 12 business days later, the order arrives -- incomplete. Won't refund the difference, sending me replacements. I told them they aren't replacing anything -- I never received. No refund, I think they think maybe I am lying and really got the other labels. I did not. So the replacements are on their way. I'm told 5 business days. I'm not counting on them. They lost a customer for sure!
I purchased from note pads from Current Catalog and I was disappointed in their small size when they arrived. I decided to return them for a refund. I was surprised to learn that I first had to get an authorization# from Current Catalog for the return. I sent two emails to them from right on their website requesting the authorization#. More than two weeks passed and I still did not hear from them so I finally had to contact them by phone. The attendant said the return had been approved and gave me the authorization#. What a hassle for just $12.99! It will be a long time before I order from them again!
Not only does the website not work but Current, when called will not honor the prices that are displayed on their website.
$1.99 cards on the website, are suddenly $4.49 when you call, isn't that illegal? Advertise one price and then charge a higher price. Look at sympathy cards, and the one labeled Kraft sympathy greeting. I have been a loyal customer for many, many years but no more.
I received a catalog advertising all orders over $50 gets shipping for $1.99. Also included in the catalog was a 25% off coupon. When I placed my order (for well over $100) I entered the 25% off code. They gave me the 25% off, but added $31.99 for shipping! Don't bother shopping here. There are plenty of other places who let you use the coupon they send you along with the shipping discount. Not only do they mislead you, but they rip you off.
Answer: The service is bad. Really bad. I couldn't. Then they couldn't find me as a customer, then they said they were shipping today, then they said next week.
Answer: Wanted multi-packs of birthday cards for my mom's stash, and were much cheaper than UNICEF I normally order. Never again will I use them. Extraordinarily poor service getting missing item from shipment sent. Back to UNICEF!
