Omg they totally suck. In no way do they inform you that it will be at least a month, maybe two before you get your checks. Do not buy from them!
Received my order today; opened box to find only 3 items but an invoice stating 9 items are in the box. Another part of the same invoice indicates that the package contains a quantity of 11 items. Called customer service, and of course, someone who is not even in the USA answers the call. Can't explain any of this mess. Don't know what is going on with CurrentCatalog.com. Have been ordering yearly since moving from CO to N. C. Never had any kind of screw-up this ridiculous before!
Ordered online for my 86-year-old Mom. Somehow the city and state didn't get selected for the checks. There was never an option for it that popped up and I feel that the website is flawed because there was no way to preview it before ordering. The order got placed anyhow and I paid for them. Received checks and they are indeed incorrect. Received a call that I just have to lose the money because it's my fault their website sucks. So, I'm out the money for the checks completely because they have kept it and refuse to refund any portion of it. I cannot pay for the same thing twice with this shifty company, so I will order elsewhere. How is that good business? I predict this company goes out of business soon. My advice is to order elsewhere. Current is very expensive and the quality isn't good anyway and most importantly their customer service policies are terrible. Just terrible. Shame on you.
Placed an order Dec. 27. Was notified 2 days later that several items were no longer available. Sent email requesting entire order be cancelled. Received an email almost 2 weeks later informing me that some other items in my order are on back order. I again sent an email requesting the order be canceled. The following day another email from Current was sent telling me that my order was ready to be sent. The same day I sent a THIRD email telling Current to cancel order. I will NEVER do business we this company again! Obviously emails are being ignored!
On 12/13/19, Ordered a personalized item - rec'd a confirm - delivery 5-9 biz days. Called customer "service" on 12/28 asking where my item was. Was told it was scheduled to be shipped 12/30 latest. When I called today 1/6, was told the item was out of stock. NEVER have rec'd any status email updates. Asked today for one confirming I have not been charged and that the item is cancelled. Still waiting.
I ordered some return address labels on December 17. It is now January 6 and I can't even get a delivery date from them. The "tracking" isn't updated regularly, so no one has any idea where my order is.
I ordered items at 7:29 a.m. (their time) on Dec 10th. No arrival yet. Called to inquire and was told that they are still in process - not even a finished product, never mind shipped. Expected them for Christmas but doubt that they will get here by the New Year.
Placed my order on 4 December, seeing it was 5-9 business days to ship. Given the holiday period, I thought they would have plenty help in their warehouse. Called 14 Dec to check status; was told it would ship Monday 16th and that a couple of my items were now out of print. Actually shipped on 19 December and when I got the order, I didn't receive the personalized notecards I'd ordered. Poor Kristen Schwenke, whose cards I ordered, is probably not so happy either. Don't see myself ordering from them again. It was my first time and I'm not so satisfied. I will say the phone customer service reps were kind and helpful.
I placed my order on 12/2. My card was charged immediately. Shipping was to be 5 to 9 days. I got an email on 12/14 saying it was shipped. I started tracking it, and nothing has been updated since 12/19. It's now been 8 days since it was "shipped", but I am still waiting. I had hoped to have my items long before now. Part of the order I planned to mail in a Christmas package. The rest were stocking stuffers. Here it is, 3 days before Christmas... my order is MIA. Frustrating! I have been ordering Current merch forever and never had issues until recently. It is not at all the company it used to be. I'm unsubscribing from their emails and never ordering from them ever again. If I had ordered checks (as I have in the past) I would be super nervous right now. At least my latest order was relatively small.
Realize online shopping is the way to go sometimes but Current Catalog has to be the worse company I; ve ever dealt with. Ordered christmas presents the beginning of Dec. Some orders never even received a confirmation, while filling the cart there was no problem with the getting the items it said "IN STOCK" continue shopping add items stuff was going out of stock... most confusing order ever placed. So now a week before christmas NO CHRISTMAS PRESENTS! Don't even have an idea if they ever get here! Lesson learned
Cheap merchandise, non existent customer service (if you can even get connected to a "representative"). Very prompt at taking your money, though.

I placed two orders within a couple of days of each other. Their customer service is NON existent. You get no help with live chat, they hang up on you. Their email is vague, and days later than they should be, at least they emailed me? I am hoping to receive my merchandise, I received NO new tracking info on my second order, was it shipped?
Who knows, I am happy I paid through paypal, as I can do a dispute and get my money back if they screw me. I WOULD NEVER order something as important as checks with this company.
Missing an item in shipmt, sent email same day. Response: we have had difficulty retrieving your original inquiry. Should you still need further assistance, please don't hesitate to call our customer service dept..." should I need? How about replacing my item? Asking questions to find my order! Altho I incl. My customer #, invoice #, order date, item #, description! Repeat emails to them generated wehave created a ticket, always with new #. Third try I copied everything into one email, a week later still no response at all. Just called & cust service says will ship item right away. We'll see. Never again!
7 weeks ago I ordered personalized clothing labels, paid at point of sale. This company took my payment with no problem--getting my order, or getting them to answer my query as to where the items are is quite another story.
I received an email 3 weeks ago saying my order had shipped. To date I have not received it. I have sent two emails to customer service alerting them to the problem, with absolutely no response.
What can be done about this? Nothing, and I think the company knows this. They have my money so they don't care if I am satisfied or not.
My advice to shoppers out there -- stay away from this company. They will gladly and quickly take your money, and then be done with you. Shop somewhere else.
Ordered wrapping paper and paid extra for 2-5 day shipping. It's now been 12 days and my order has not even shipped out yet! Customer service giving me the runaround. Unless you want to waste your money, do not order from this company
I ordered checks online. Double checked because I am ocd! My daughter was with me because I was placing order from her computer because my internet was down. I waited weeks they came one number off! They argued it was y fault so we took an entire day to find our history because it had been weeks to find the check we submitted to be my number. Real kicker is I have been using current for years same exact check! I have discover I am hoping they will get my money back because this was a company error! They said they were making right gave me confirmation that they would send my checks when I called to check confirmation they said no that it was my mistake had I not call3d I would have run out of checks! They are liars! And they do not care about their customers!
I have tried to place the same online order over and over again. Order will not go. Get a confirmation #, but payment is not precessed or do I receive a confirmation email. Customer service says clear cookies and caches. Ridiculous! I order from numerous companies and have no problem. Heartbroken... ordered from here for years. I don't even want to get their emails anymore
Card stock is cheap, cards are NOT folded, who does that? They won't send call tag so I've paid to ship this crap to myself and get to pay to ship it back. The on line chat customer service person as snotty as could be.
Not having ordered cards from Current Catalog for years, I decided to give them a try. During my online order I had the option of choosing an elegant font for my personalized Christmas cards. I was excited to be extravagant and spend the extra money this year. However, upon receiving the cards, the personalized font was in large plain block font, and the cards are on the thin side, not something your proud to send.
I called customer service. She informed me there is no option online to choose a font on Christmas cards. But it allowed me to choose and I created it how I wanted it to look. One of my packages are packed crooked, I'm hoping that didn't tweak the cards. Also, you fold the cards yourself. (?) So it leaves that undesirable overlap. See photos. Just a heads up so you know what you're ordering. Personally, I won't be buying from them again.
I've been ordering checks from Current for years. This time I ordered 4 boxes expecting the usual 6 packs of checks in each box. Instead there were TWO in each box and a note that the number of check pads had changed and they hoped I would find " this new format more convenient"! What? I'm so done with this company. Oh. And the price remained the same.
Answer: The service is bad. Really bad. I couldn't. Then they couldn't find me as a customer, then they said they were shipping today, then they said next week.
Answer: Wanted multi-packs of birthday cards for my mom's stash, and were much cheaper than UNICEF I normally order. Never again will I use them. Extraordinarily poor service getting missing item from shipment sent. Back to UNICEF!
