Ordered an item on the 03/08/2021 and it is now the 10/09/2021. I still dont have the item I purchased and everytime I contact customer care they say its in transit and will check with the courier company but after that I dont get a reply.
Prices might be slightly cheaper than competitors and the shipping may be free but its highly likely that you wont get your item on time or ever.
I've taken into account delays due to the pandemic and allowed for that but its now been over a month and the status of the pacel has not changed. This is frustrating because this item was to be given as a gift and its way past that point now.
I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and my request was simply ignored but the customer care team. They simply replied by saying the item is still in transit and they will check with the courier company. After this I dont get a reply until I send another email to customer care.
Really unprofessional and I reccomend you look else where to spend your money.

Bought FOREO LUNA Play Facial Cleansing Brush for my partner and they e-mailed me that the colour I chosen is out of stock and asked if I can chose a different one. Despite the fact that any apology wasn't given I agreed.
Unfortunately, within than two weeks of using it by my wife the item just died and on this occasion we discovered that the battery in this device is not replaceable, which is NOT mentioned at their website!
I've contacted their customer service and got their reply with a few silly question very quickly. I answered the same day and there were no further e-mails until I decided to open a case on Paypal. Magically they reminded themselves that there is a customer who is waiting for their response! They sent me a return form, but pre-paid return label has been only issued because I claimed it once again through Paypal.
They didn't even bother to ask if I wish to receive a replacement or a refund. They just re-sent the item which will go to the bin at some stage as the battery cannot be replaced in it.
You can be sure that I'll avoid your company like the plague and I strongly advise to others to do the same if they don't want to waste their time to deal with such a bad customer service.
I recently purchased a NuFACE Trinity from CurrentBody, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The delivery was fast, and the product was carefully packaged. The NuFACE device itself has made a noticeable difference in my skin's firmness and overall appearance. I highly recommend CurrentBody for their excellent service and product selection.

If you do your product will be stuck in customs forever and will be nothing but agravation. It's been over two weeks now and still did not get my product. All I get is calls from FedEx customs abut product infomation... which I do not have.
Their customer service is horrible and not willing to give you anything for the agravation...

Ordered the neck and dec mask in October. On Nov 6, Current Body emailed stating there was a delay in shipping. On Nov 11, I received the product only to find out that it was defective (LED lights would not turn on). Contacted customer service and she emailed return instructions to send package through EZI Returns. Mailed the package on Nov 18. Have tracked the package through USPS. On Nov 28, it was stated that the postal service could not get access to the delivery destination. Contacted Current Body again through live chat, with all of the names, dates, tracking numbers, etc. The only thing that Sofia told me was exactly what I had read about EZI Returns, and therefore was no help whatsoever. Also, she stated that the tracking number that I had given her was not showing in the system through UPS. I had stated MANY TIMES, that I was tracking through USPS, not UPS. She should be aware of the company that Current Body uses to complete returns of their products. I will be calling and or emailing every day from this day forward to rectify this situation... I refuse to lose $330 because of a defective product! I am self employed, so I have TONS of time to deal with this!

Bought a NuFACE Mini from CurrentBody in May. Left a review a few weeks later, after numerous attempts at trying to successfully use it. It has never been published.
Why?
I believe because I drew attention to various issues with the product. Some of these issues are made clear by the manufacturer - don't use if you have epilepsy or cancer. Some of the issues are not - for me, the device seemed to trigger a reaction in my eustachian tubes, left feeling uncomfortable, almost painful, after use. It's also probably not suitable for neurodiverse people - I have ADHD and I experienced distressing sensory issues from the pulsating current that is visible when in use on the cheeks(I will make clear - I'm not epileptic).
CurrentBody make no clear mention of any of the above issues on their listing. There is a discreet, hidden"Additional Information" box(a click to reveal thing) that has some of the issues publicised by the makers of the device. But I would expect many people would miss this - and these are serious warnings(do not use if pregnant, epilepsy, cancer, recent facial surgery, an electronic device etc). This isn't good enough.
If CurrentBody/NuFACE were more upfront about the implications for use then I wouldn't have spent £130 on it. So now I'm lumbered with an expensive device which - although it certainly works well - I can't use and remain healthy. And there's no money-back guarantee for that.

They sent one of the products in my order not fully working. When I reported this upon receipt of the parcel, they requested videos from me and then for me to deal directly with the manufacturer, when that is their provider (therefore, their problem and responsibility to claim) and I am just the buyer receiving a faulty product, sold as new and working.
Although I expressed my disconformity with me having to go to a post office to send this faulty item back in full pandemic, it was the only solution offered by Currentbody, no option to pick up to save me another inconvenience. They also showed no more expertise than any blogger on the technical specifications and usage of the other item from this brand that I had bought.
I had to initiate a case with Paypal, since they were not responding effectively to my messages. They finally did when Paypal intervened, but Paypal is currently under numbers in agents and so the process is being long as they try to retrieve more information from the seller, even having all needed evidence from me. They confirmed receipt of the product, but asked me to cancel the case in Paypal to be able to refund me. I personally find taking advantage of the current limitations of Paypal to postpone the refund that I am due totally dishonest from the seller and after all this, I will certainly never buy with them again.
If you do, then please use credit card so that your bank can retrieve the payment in the first days if an issue should arise. I will ultimately do this if Paypal cannot speed it up at this point. I will personally not trust them again, nor would recommend doing business with them to anyone. I wish I had never trusted the other positive reviews!
