I placed an order for which my credit card was immediately charged. I never received the product. After following up over a few months, Cureself made good and sent me a full refund with their apologies for the inconvenience.

I do not have any trouble to deal with cureself at all. Service is good.

What a horrible experience. I have never had a company so blatantly lie to a consumer. How could they have shipped an order within seconds of my card being processed. Then 3 weeks later it has not arrived and i began the process of contacting them. After many unsuccessful attempts I realized i was being ripped off and I needed to take action. Due to the non existent Customer Service. Charging my credit card and have yet to deliver. I had no choice no choice but to call my credit card company, and the local and national authorities. I am fortunate that I have many Merchant Services contacts, and have notified them of the issues that my self and many others have had dealing with these fraudsters. When i left them a message of my actions i was notified that my items would arrive in a couple of days. Low and behold it was express posted oto me. This only backs up that they lied when they originally sent a shipped confirmation and they they originally had not intention of sending anything. It was only after threat of legal action that they sent my package. They are crooks. Please do a search on Google for "cureself scam" or cureself complaints" or "Cureself fraud" The results will speak volumes for the dishonesty of Cureself.
