Bitterly disappointed with the service from Cupshe. Placed my first order which took over two weeks to arrive but I guess international delivery is much longer. Then I open my 'WHITE' T-Shirt as clearly advertised on the Cupshe website only to find its a horrid yellow cream colour. Like other reviewers have said, their returns policy is clear but in a case where their own item description is wrong they are refusing to pay for the postage to return it. As this is an error on their website listing why should I have to pay to return it. After 4 days of endless frustrating emails where the Customer service team just don't appear to understand they must take responsibility and they only communicate for a small timeframe each day, often starting a completely new thread in the conversation. I'm now offered a voucher to cover the return postage for when I shop again. I don't want to shop at Cupshe again after this experience. I can't trust their website descriptions so why would I shop with them again. Situation still to be resolved but be aware of the pitfalls of you have anything at all go wrong, they're a nightmare to get anything sorted out.

Bitterly disappointed with the service from Cupshe. Placed my first order which took over two weeks to arrive but I guess international delivery is much longer.
Then I open my 'WHITE' T-Shirt as clearly advertised on the Cupshe website only to find its a horrid yellow cream colour.

Like other reviewers have said, their returns policy is clear but in a case where their own item description is wrong they are refusing to pay for the postage to return it.
As this is an error on their website listing why should I have to pay to return it.
After 4 days of endless frustrating emails where the Customer service team just don't appear to understand they must take responsibility and they only communicate for a small timeframe each day, often starting a completely new thread in the conversation.
I'm now offered a voucher to cover the return postage for when I shop again.
I don't want to shop at Cupshe again after this experience. I can't trust their website descriptions so why would I shop with them again. Situation still to be resolved but be aware of the pitfalls of you have anything at all go wrong, they're a nightmare to get anything sorted out.

Made a few purchases here all sent authority to leave parcel as requested until my last purchase I spoke with customer support to request this and she basically didn't want to do my request and cancelled my order which I'm still waiting for my refund of $278.60, I then stupidly repurchased my order spending another $278.60, and I emailed customer support requested authority to leave parcel, she assured me this has been done though when I got the email this had been shipped it was marked signature required I again contacted customer support she again assured me that this had been done today I received a text message from global express my order is out for delivery if I'm not home I will be updated with in 24 hours where I can pick up my parcel my closest depot is 45 minutes from me which due to injury I can't drive too, not happy with these liars and frauds at all they also tried to offer me a $10 voucher to compensate their mess up they can keep it because I won't be shopping here again, ive unsubscribed from their emails

I still have not received my $278.60 refund from Cupshe, avoid this company

I bought 5 bikinis with different tops and some of the tops did not fit, they were smaller than my regular size, it probably depend on the style. Material and colors were very good. I call customer service which gave me the option of replace them for free and keep the smaller ones. If I choose to return them I had to pay for the mail fees. So, I kept the smaller ones, and received the new ones without any cost. I was impressed. Will buy again for sure!

The sizing of their swimsuits are very much off. I wasted money ordering a multitude of items because they were cheap and they were all too small. Fix this!

POOR customer service. They don't reply to contact forms (2x over 2 weeks). AND ignored my requests to unsubscribe 4-5x. I used the link at the bottom of the email and waited a week between each request. Even if it takes longer than the standard 10 business days. It would be nice if they replied to my 2 app contact forms to let me know 35+ days is the norm. They have bit off more than they can chew or don't care. It's not worth the 3 emails they send a day and lack of confidence I have in the company to order again. It's too bad.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t subscribe to emails. Don’t dry anything. It won’t fit again. Order a size up.

Fit information posted on the website was 100% WRONG! Models supposedly had 23" waists & 36" busts: mine are 30" and 40", so i ordered 1 size larger than they were supposedly wearing. Every item was WAAAYYY too big for me. I feel very deceived and will never order from them again. Quality was ok, but colors received were quite different than pictured on the website. All around, a very bad purchase.

Tip for consumers:
Do not order from them unless you are able to throw away money and not feel badly about it.

This bathing suit is gorgeous! Excellent quality. Shipping took about 5 days. It is cut a little high in back on the bottom which was fine when I was 25 but not so fine now. Reluctantly I was going to return it because of that. Their return policy is very generous: return for a full refund but I pay the return shipping OR return and receive a 130% credit for another purchase OR keep the suit and receive a 70% refund. I went with the last option and am going to try to "pull down" and sew a new seam so it covers my butt a little better. Would not hesitate to buy from Cupshe again!

I love ordering from Cupshe. They have beautiful clothing and swimwear to choose from for very affordable prices. I typically would place an order every month sometimes twice in one month. However, the past few orders I placed the delivery date was really long. I've waited for my packages to arrive for than 14 business days. Especially when I've chose 5 to 7 business days. There often isn't any information available for tracking. Orders sometimes take more than the 14 days which can be very frustrating. I've got a few items in my shopping bag but not sure I wanna wait three weeks for my order.

Firstly, we have reviewed your last 3 orders, which are placed in September and October. And you choose Standard Shipping which costs 10-15 Business Days for all 3 orders instead of 5-7 Business Days as you mentioned. Meanwhile, all of the 3 orders were delivered on time. Please kindly note that All of our items have a processing time that is shown clearly on the delivery page, which will be up to 1 business day after an order is made. Meanwhile, Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time. Besides, business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
Secondly, since your previous orders were shipped out from oversea warehouses, the tracking information will not be updated until they arrived in your country. It still takes a few days for the shipper to update the tracking status online. Therefore, you may unable to track the parcel at that time. Anyway, the shipping time frame is valid regardless of the tracking site updates and availability.
Besides, we have optimized the logistics. There are 2 kinds of shipping methods from our website now: Expedited Shipping(5-7 Business Days) and Express Shipping(3-5 Business Days), both of them won't take longer than before.

I placed an order in Jan of this year for my spring break vacation clothes. I never received a thing. They said it was delivered conveniently April 18 while I was on my vacation. When I explained that I never got it they said that it would be remailed ASAP. It's the end of May. And still nothing. Won't even respond to my emails 😒

I purchased a swimsuit. Very nice flower pattern. Higher waist type bottom. Bikinin style top. I saw it on Facebook. I ordered it. I like it but am not crazy about it because the top has zero support. So these swim suits are not suitable unless you have had augmented breasts surgery, or you are under age 40 and breasts dont require too much support. I will not purchase again. Unfortunate because most of the swimsuits are really nice looking. But do not support breasts bigger than 36B on someone over age 40.

The clothes are cheap. They are made for short people or people who don't mind dresses showing their bums. When you return your items you have to pay money on each item so you work get the full refund of each items. You also need to pay a 15 dollar fee for a shipping label. It's ridiculous. No one else does this. Garbage brand. Garbage clothes.

Paid extra for Express Shipping for 3-5 days. Arrived 3 1/2 weeks later. One bathing suit did not fit. Tried to return it. Said non returnable when it wasn't. Spent 30 mins on phone with chat. Demanded "evidence" of of my order when she had it in the system. Had to email them my confirmation email saying it was returnable. Took 30 mins. Would not credit me for shipping.And I had to pay for it to be returned. The bathing suits are poor quality and very very tiny.

I received items that didn't fit so naturally I excepted the 130% store credit. I used this to purchase new items in the hopes they would work for me but none of them did. I went to do a return and they would only refund me for the amount I paid out of pocket in addition to my old credit. So it was 130% not worth it and the suits are just basic Chinese crap. Cute styles but not worth the $200 I lost in purchasing them. I will look somewhere else next time. If you don't know if they will fit, and don't want to lose money, don't buy from here.

Cupshe has so many cute swim suit and clothing options available, even for a bigger gal like me. I usually dread swimsuit shopping, but by some miracle everything I picked fit great. Their delivery times were really fast, I got all my stuff in less than a week after ordering it, just in time for my beach vacation. Their customer service was great too. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size of one item but after emailing about it they were able to correct that, and their response time was very quick. Very happy with my Cupshe experience!

I have emailed them contact them try to sign into my account to return two packages and then I didn't receive one package and I have gotten nothing back. Nobody has emailed me a label or anything and then they told me to go to sign in to my account and it locks me out saying that my email doesn't exist horrible customer service no one to contact. I just want to return my stuff and be done with them.

Purchased from this company … will never make the same mistake again. Items are made non refundable after purchase (not on the page nor on the first confirmation email, just added in the future). The 'easy returns' are anything but, the link to the refund policy is faulty, the charge for returning is extortionate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

All bathing suits I ordered were made to fit someone shorter than 5'7". Did they use any models of average height or taller for fittings? Clearly no. Did they make the straps adjustable for average height or taller women? Absolutely no. Furthermore the return policy is absolutely bogus. Couldn't get my money back for products that aren't even made to fit someone of my height properly. Will never order from them again.

We are working with models with different body types, we've also posted some model pictures in different body shapes in the previous posts, please check our previous posts. The swimsuit was and looked great, friends loved it so passed on "CUPSHE" so they could browse through and make their minds up to purchase themselves.
The 2 pairs of trousers were amazing, beautiful material, fantastic designs, shape and length. An absolute joy to wear and again many comments and admiration.

I have ordered twice from Cupshe. On both occasions, my order was processed quickly, I was kept informed and the items arrived quickly.
Unfortunately, I had to return 2 items from my first order, but that turned out to be simple. I did not like being charged for return postage, but who would? I would probably think twice about ordering from Cupshe again though simply in case I had to return anything.
Overall though - a good experience. Sizing is very different to other sites so do make sure you understand the sizes used

Every item I've bought is lightweight, great quality and perfect for any vacation. The sizing is very accurate and most items have ties, wraps or belts so if it's too big you can just wrap or tie and it's just your size. Cupshe has brought me out of my all black wardrobe. I aways get compliments on my dresses.

I ordered two bikinis and after a month of waiting three had not arrived.

I tracked the packages and apparently my address was 'incorrect or incomplete'. No attempt at delivery was made.

I emailed and sent messages on Instagram to try to solve the problem but have had no reply.

They charged me for the bikinis and didn't deliver.

Don't no use this company!

I've ordered bathing suits and dresses from Cupshe three in the past 2 years and the quality has been very good each time, especially for the price! All the items looked exactly as shown. It is important to check the size guide and material for each item. Any issues I've had we're handled in a very polite and efficient manner. I was also very surprised how quickly all my orders arrived! I would not hesitate to order from this web site again.

Purchased 2 swimsuits and 2 dresses, had to return the dresses as didn't fit my 38DD's properly but swimwear was perfect! Very flattering and good quality material and finishing. I chose to opt for 70% refund and keep dresses as not bothered to print labels, take pics etc etc and will serve as a nice gift to a family member anyway. I can understand why the company opt not to pay return postage, and can't fault their customer service all along my journey. Will be definitely buy again from here.
