On 3/30/25 my wife and I visited colvers in Muncie in. Very over priced, the order was wrong and hamburgers were very greasy. We will never go back
There was a dog in the restaurant in lake halie in chippewa falls wi. Cannot even eat without animal. That is very unclean. Running it's $#*! on the carpet it was up on chair and paws on table call *******893
Culver's used to be a great place to meet friends and family, until 2024. Coupons are now limited to what comes in the mail once a month, where previously you were provided coupons every time you placed your order. McDonalds has awesome coupons on their app, Culver's has none. Guess where I'm going to eat. McDonalds. They obviously want my business. Culver's not so much. Also the pup cups used to have custard. No longer. Now it's just whipped cream and a small milk bone. Cheapism maxed out for your pup. Culver's gets an F rating from this guy. McDonalds it is from now on since they want the business through regular promotions on their app.
I went to do the survey at the bottom of the receipt and it would not accept letters, only option was numbers. Might want to fix that for customer satisfaction control, so I will leave my review on here...
I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger, got a double, not what I ordered. Also was asked if I wanted my kids custard now or later, I said later, no slip on kids meal bad, was torn off and not given to me. Food was cold, hard and tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for a while before it got to me. Very unsatisfied! Not the first time I have been ripped off, but it very well could be the last!
On 11/24/23 I did an on line order for 2 fish dinners with fries and coleslaw returned home to find no fries in either order. Called the store and I was told they would send us vouchers, never received. Called back on 12/23/23 and was told they sent them out that day. It's 1/8/24 and still nothing, shame on management!
Went to Culvers spent 40 dollars for three meals. Waited 20 min for the food, then when I got home discovered that half of the order was not there. Called them they apologized and said they would refund my money and give me comp food. I returned the next day spoke to the manager who had a bad attitude they only refunded 10 dollars and that was it. Won't be going back!
Since opening here in Punta Gorda, FL. I have ordered at least ten times and maybe one order was right. Why can't they fix this place. Order always has something wrong with it. When you go back in to get what your ordered they act like they could care less. It is so irritating to have to always go back in to get what they forgot. Meanwhile, the original order is cold by the time I drive two miles home. I am not going back. Another thing, the receipt they give you does not show how much each item costs. All it shows is the total. Something is wrong at the top. They had better start fixing the problems or their business will start to suffer. The little girl that took my order did not know what she was doing. My name is Jan and she put "Jam" on my receipt. When they first opened the food was pretty good, but today I threw most of it away. Soggy fish and cold french fries.
Ordered a Pot roast dinner and chicken tender kids meal. The food was terrible. I got there right before they were closing so maybe this was done because they were mad. Got home to find chicken so rubbery you could not bite through it. Cheese curds hard as a rock. Forgot the gravy with the pot roast and the onion rings I ordered as the side. The doors were locked when I went back. I called the next day to complain and was told I could only get coupons not my money back. Not fair, I want my money back not more food!
Waited in a line in the drive through, after we 20 minutes of no movement we parked and walked in to find out how much longer it would be. They told us they ran out of custard and we're trying to make more (it's Wednesday). Wish they would've told us before we paid…could've gone somewhere else.
Cave springs culvers. Burgers are nothing like they once were. Wife and I just spent 26 dollars for a very sad meal. Cold. The burger look like a small smashed cheeze burger the bun was a joke. Flat as could be more like a McDonald's. Showed the female manager.she looked at me and said do you want another one. I a very unprofessional way. Fries were white and cold. And they were not busy. Be a long time if I ever go back
It would be great as an infrequent customer to be asked how many scoops of ice cream in a turtle sundae, I thought they all had 2 hearty scoops, I was disappointed to see just one scoop. Also asked for the flavor of the day and was denied that!
10 young workers gabbing while I waited TEN minutes for them to take an order...no sign of a manager watching them...now I know why only three cars in the parking lot...used to be full - Saturday 7/6/24 3 pm
Interesting enough McDonalds across the street had a FULL parking lot...service sells I have lived in Monee Illinois where this site is (*******) and it used to have GREAT service...not any more
Went to place an online order. Order was rejected at the end of putting in all information. Sense order was rejected I saw no harm in just going to the location and paying cash. Until the next day my bank showed four charges to my card. Two refunded and two not. Contacted the restaurant and the general manager was too busy to talk to me. So contacted their corporate office and was told they were being refunded give it till the beginning of next week. It has now been two weeks and now they want my full bank statements. Basically, I paid three times for one meal at around $100 and not getting my money refunded. Feels like fraud to me that was scammed out of $75.00. Thank you Culver's for scamming my out of my money. Good job
It was so good. I had a fun time eating it with my family, but I got a family meal and I actually really like the chicken tenders come with two chicken tenders in the mail in the chicken tenders taste like a store-bought chicken tenders with my child like
Order curbside. Waited 20 minutes. I had to called the location (Fort Wayne) still didn't come out. My daughter had to go in at get it. Food of course was cold, the shakes were soup, the managers were unhelpful and rude. While inside the store, numerous customers were complaining, about no toilet paper, orders not being submitted, GO TO MCDONALDS OR BURGER KING.
28 dollars for two singles with fries and a drink and 4 chicken strips is more than a steak dinner at a sit down restaurant. They will never get another penny of my money.
Long wait times and rude employees and food is never made properly. This place could be a gem with the location but there isn't one good thing I can say about this place.
I contacted the corporate office and it's been 4 days and can't even return a phone call. Absolutely positively unacceptable. I like how you say if it's urgent call the location. I have called 2 times and a message comes up saying sorry voice mail isn't set up. How can this location be so incompetent? It's not my responsibility to look at my order before leaving. It's your employee's job. This isn't the 1st time. I don't want to hear any excuses.
My daughter wanted to eat here today for lunch and it was just terrible. First let me start by saying the food was good when they first opened customer service was great and the restaurant was clean. Let's move to now window's dirty, workers look unclean, floor sticky, food on the floor and dirty table. Should have known, however ordered food chicken sandwich, burger, fries and a milkshake cost me over $22.00. Food was terrible had to take the burger back and asked the young lady working if she would eat this and she made a face and said NO so they said they made a new one I could not tell the difference. Do not eat here. I will never go back. I have pictures to follow up so you can decide for yourself.
If you stopped offering a free scoop of custard after doing a survey why do you still lead people to believe it is still possible on the receipt? I called the toll free number to do it via phone, but it was a brief, rude recording saying the survey isn't available in my location (they didn't even know my location!), and it simply is impossible online. Your "gosh I'm the guy next door, Mr. Culver," commercial is the complete opposite of what you have become. You are no longer a good representative of my state of Wisconsin - shameful.
