Never Going Back
September 28, 2021

The only location somewhat near us is a 20 minute drive away but we do like to stop there on our way back from my husband's regular doctor visit because we like the food and it's convenient for those occasions. We can live with the long lines at the drive-thru and for the food but the on the last several visits the orders have been completely screwed up. The first time we went back into the restaurant and the manager fired up a new order for us which I appreciate but it did cause a considerable and inconvenient wait time. The two more times we tried Culver's items were missing even though we specifically checked with the server. One shouldn't have to paw through a hot, greasy bag to check if everything ordered is in there. (BTW at this last visit a large order of food was squished into a very small bag making it impossible to check without taking everything out and sure enough several items were missing.) When I called to speak to a manager (I foolishly thought they might be at least a little interested to know when a customer has a problem) I was hung up on twice. After giving Culver's several chances, we will never be going back. There's a Cracker Barrel right across the parking lot from this Culver's - we'll go there next time.

$#*! CULVER'S THE FOOD IS DEFINITELY GREAT BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMEND WORKING FOR THEM THEY ARE RACIST AS $#*! AND IF YOUR NOT A MANAGAER AND JUST A CREW MEMBER THEY DONT LIKE TO GIVE HOURS THERE FULL OF $#*! ILL NEVER WORK FOR THEM EVER AGAIN. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HOW THEY TREATED ME

Sign says made to order

They have a sign that says fresh made orders. Have yet to have a burger that is hot so I highly doubt they made it when I ordered it. Colorado Springs location on Tutt.

Worst Service Ever

Got my order wrong in many ways ie got food I did not order and was missing some of the food I did order. The worst thing about was the worker's attotude. No apologies. Awful.

Dissatisfied

Oshkosh location on Koeller Street. I go to Culver's probably twice a week. And I need to stop going to that location. Every time I go I have a problem they either burn my burger to where it's crunchy or they screw up my meal. Today I sat waiting, in my car for over 10 minutes for my food as I watched so many cars come and go. I finally ended up going inside talking to a manager and she said they had no number 104 ticket. I explained my car is sitting in line with the ticket is on my mirror and I'm still waiting. I had my tea. The manager came out, gave me my food and said they had to remake it. She apologized, but it should've been more than that. And of course, my ticket information wasn't taped to my bag like it usually is so that I could go and do a review. To wait that long and then have to leave my car and go in and talk to the manager was ridiculous. I just had back surgery and I am not able to walk around, like I normally would be able to, didn't appreciate the service at all. Didn't get any napkins didn't get any ketchup like I asked for and had half a bag of french fries.

To make a long story short 30 minute lunch break waited almost 20 minutes for 2 fish sandwiches fries and a drink got to work missing a order of fries fish undercooked so we drank our cokes and shared a order of fries took the fish sandwiches back after work and they to were undercooked and the person helping was no help threw the sandwiches away and will never eat there again and by the was I'm a certified chef so I think I know when fish is cooked I wouldn't recommend Culver's to anyone and the only reason there is a star is because I had to this culver is located In Decatur I'll by Aldi

Where's the meat

I used to admire Culvers when opened yrs ago.as a former chart house restaurant mgr. I am well aware of good food& proper service.at the beginning of COVID Culvers declined to somewhere I do not wish to go & spend now more than twice before COVID price.it s hit & mis. 5 days earlier I spent $30 on three meals all was like before great. I then went for just me waited way to long & watched a girl come out walk past me with a few bags around corner then to car in front handing bags to them and awhile later getting handed back then finally came to me. Handed me the bag I said I did not want it because of handing to others. I got told have a nice day. I could see my food not right. Day and she walked away. I said I wanted to talk to some one no response. Touched and not warm and it was 90something out. Wrnt home and tree away. All you get is call back which I received once before from store. They deny all. I'll add Culvers to, McDonald's, Wendy's, and burger king. Never anymore all once good now all lousey it's a shame. Trust me if you go you'll be regretting it.co never handled anything. Like a co of grifters

Thin burgers

Stay Awayyyyy!

This Hotel is incredibly dishonest, their essential mission is to rip you off.
1. They tried to charge me $800,- dollars ( up front!) more than their own confirmation stated in their very own e-mail to us.
2. The manager,- an incredibly attitude ridden impolite individual,- is not able to use his own computer. ( seriously)
3. They have NO room service!
Not even a Mini Bar! NADA.
4. They have Zero pay per view movies.
You'll have to do with regular Spectrum TV,
Mostly not in English
5. The cleaning staff of the hotel Yells incredibly LOUDLY through the corridors at hours people are still sleeping.( or any other time for that matter)
6. Their own restaurant,- refuses to deliver even $ 100,- meals to the rooms of their very own establishment. ( how idiotic u is s that?)
Reason?
COVID. Of all things
Meanwhile Not ONE Individual is wearing masks … within 10 miles of the hotel or in the hotel. Not the staff, not the waiters outside not the guests, no one.
They pack hundreds of people in a room for a wedding though. No Masks.!
The manager of the restaurant, to top it all off is rude like I have not experienced anywhere within Culver City.
7. After a very rough check in experience,- the rip off attempt,- and accusatory comments from " The manager",- ( eg. " we supposedly had manipulated a screenshot of their confirmation?!?!?!) just as we are finally ready to venture to the room,- we are told the hotel " does not allow a 5 lbs little dog.".
This is after the dog had been approved by the hotel one month prior to booking. The dog is an allergy/ seizure dog,- with documentation from 3 (!) physicians.
The dog is officially certified.
After another " dance" with " the manager ",- we were eventually " allowed " to go to our room with our little dog who is professionally trained and super well behaved.
What else?
Oh I forgot…
If you are trying to get a good nights sleep,-
Just forget it.
Their own restaurant downstairs ( the one that refuses to deliver to hotel guests) is producing mind numbing NOISE well beyond the midnight hours.

Do yourself a favor and never stay at this hotel,- even if you have work to do at nearby SONY,- ir other lots,- it's not worth the aggravation.

Garbage Food

Order was shorted, milk shake was like water, burgers were cold when delivered. WILL NOT GO AGAIN. This place is WORSE than McDonalds.

Slowest service everytime.

Everyone pulls forward in line so your employees literally have no consequence for slow production. EVERYTIME I watch them deliver meals to SEVERAL who order after me. I ordered 2 burgers and have waited 25 min. In fact. Im still waiting. I worked in the food industry for years, so i have patience and also understand how it works.

Might just keep waisting your time as well. How many dogs do you have? Cats? I have 2 cats. Their names are moon and $#*!head. I might sleep in tomorrow for once. That would be lovely. Mychickens get mad when i sleep in. Do you want to know why? They dont like waiting for food either. Oh. Hes coming out... not us. Just a lady who orded after is with two bags.
Where was I? Oh yes the chickens... I have one white chicken named Heniffer because she broke her neck and runs around with a crooked neck like jennifer on "The Witcher."
FOOD ARRIVED! 30 MIN.
I am left Dissapointed everytime (10 yrs worth) I visit the Effingham Illinois restaurant. HOWEVER, the FOOD very rarely dissapoints.

IM BACK... THE FOOD DISSAPOINTED
