Online order process is burdensome.
Sat in car for 10 minutes after curbside was due. Order was not ready so they put it together while I waited at the counter. I had to remind them that I had ordered a drink. When I went to leave the doors of the building were locked and I had to ask someone to get me out of the building. And as usual the floors were sticky icky sticky. I have never been in this facility without walking on sticky floors. What is the problem?
We went to the Aurora CO location for lunch today & it took over 20 minutes for our food to arrive. The place was not busy! The order was wrong so we took back to the counter and it took another 10 minutes for the replacement! Too bad good food is delivered incorrectly making it a bad experience over all.
The last several times that I have been to Culver's both in Plainfield and Greenwood Indiana the service has been terrible. Servers were rude and not accurate in filling orders. Ice cream was melting. Tonight I had chocolate ice cream all over me because it so soft. Last week a server brought a cone to my table that was melting so fast it was running down her arm. The last two burgers were served cold. I am about done with this place.
Ordered a double butterburger. Both of the patties combined were thinner than a single pickle, or a single slice of cheese. Called to complain, and the owner of the store, Pat, was rude and unhelpful. He even lied and said that all patties are that same size. Received nothing. Life long customer lost.
The amount of food I got for what I paid was ridiculous. I could have spent half or less at long Johns and got more and better tasting food. The food was pretty gross, maybe it's because i chose the fish but either way none of it was very good. Almost $3 for a single scoop of coke slaw is ridiculous and it didn't even taste good. Two small pieces of fish with grease pockets for $14 is also ridiculous. They looked like they were cooked in three week old grease. The only good thing was the malt, everything else was disgusting. I had to eat something else to get the horrible taste out of my mouth. I could have spent just $5 more and went to Outback Steakhouse...
Why would you have a drive through and come up with a sticker system to make the cars pull out of the drive thru and park. If you can't keep up, shut the window down and have the customers go inside.
It's my first time ever at Culver's, give me a break.
We were so happy when Culver's opened in Sugar Hill Ga and visited often as we love the ice cream. However, recently there are nothing but kids in the restaurant that are rude, get orders wrong and won't make it right. Yesterday the mushroom Swiss burger tasted like the meat was sour and they gave me vanilla ice cream when I asked for chocolate and it was in the receipt as chocolate but they refused to change it. We will not be going back until they get some responsible adult employees with customer service skills! RIDICULOUS
Ordered the Garden Fresco Salad and Soup as shown on their website, a single burger, fries, and two concrete mixers at the McFarland, WI location. Arrived home and my Wife noticed that the Soup was missing, and no Iced Tea. Went back to the store and talked to the Manager. Quote "We don't have that here, never seen that menu item" It appeared the high school kid just punched in a salad, and the rest of my order. Needless to say, a $27 dinner, and my last one at Culvers. Filled out a survey, and was polite about it. NO RESPONSE! It appears that they have enough customers to not have to worry about a few upset ones.
Good sandwiches and good coffee. Awesome potatoes. Good service. No line up on saturday morning. Very central location and great place to start a walk from. Great variety in menu. I am so foodie and I like their cheesy burger the most
Culver's is genuinely one of my favorite restaurants, when I do get my food, sometimes it's wrong, but I don't really care, it's food. I was however shocked when I read that Culver's was racist in a certain review, while that is absolutely unacceptable, Im only there for the food. Culver's, don't be racist I am a building. But keep making good food
I ordered a 3 pc fish diner and a fish sandwich value basket and also have the girl my order in writing. So I figured it would be right, not was I wrong. I got the shrimp diner. Not only was the order wrong the shrimp and fish were over cooked. The french fries were soggy and had no taste. Save your money and go some place else. This is at the Eastlake Ohio store.
Extremely slow service, waited a long time for my food. The burgers and fries were cold. Not only this but the restaurant was very dirty, there was food all over the floor. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed by the last visit
This company does not care about or respond to the many problems they have in their business. Besides the bad food, that's a big reason why they have so many NEGATIVE reviews. Even writing directly to them does not show they are concerned. Our experience was terrible. I wonder where they get the food they use in their own commercials because the food they serve is nothing like that! They take a nice piece of fish and wrap it in some disgusting batter that's DRIPPING with GREASE! Not a pleasant meal.
Every summer, I look forward to the Strawberry Fields salad, until now. I I ordered it without chicken, as usual. As usual, I got home the salad, including chicken, no blue cheese, no walnuts. The size of the salad was less than half normal, and then it was in a disappointingly small container. I also ordered fish which was in another container exactly the same. However, hot fried fish in a plastic container is less than appetizing by the time you get it home. French fries, coleslaw, ketchup, tartar, sauce, napkins, and silverware were all in a paper bag together. I drove back to Culver's and explained my disappointment to the manager, and the only response I got was, this is how we make this salad. Between the containers, and the salad, and the manager's lack of concern, I'm crossing covers of my list of options. There are too many new food options in town to accept this level of quality for the money paid.
I have family that enjoys Culver's, so I purchased a GC online to be shipped to them. It took a week to ship, then never arrived. I contacted Culver's and first was told they'd reissue the card and express ship it. Nope. Didn't happen. So I asked for a refund. I was told they'd look into processing the refund, then surprise! The next day I was told the card had been redeemed, so I can't get a refund!
So I'm left to believe someone stole the card, or Culver's stole my money. Their response to me leads me to opt for the latter as they never reissued the card as they'd stated they would.
You pay $14 and associate hands out food to me curbside.so stressed. I could not even understand her. Talking a mile a minute.
3rd time a charm, I guess. She asking me if I ordered a shake and fish sandwich. Yes yes I said as she handed it to me, no tossed it in my hand. Never will I go back.
I thought that Culvers would be much better than they were, for me. Seeing their menu selections I expected them to be better. Unfortunately I did not like what I got and they really were not cheap for a fast food joint.
I had a hamburger at culvers yesterday in Green Valley Arizona and it was the worst food ever. The meat was all burnt. The bread was stale, and I got serious indigestion. I will never go to another Culver's ever again.
I was overcharged. I disputed the charge and asked for the receipt and proved the error. Sarah the manager gave me my refund like it was no big deal, like it was normal. Then went out to my car and found not all. Items were given to me. I went back on and Sarah gave me the item but said positively NOTHING to me. She has very poor people skills and has no business being in charge.
Six weeks ago they completely ripped us off giving a concrete mixer that was supposed to be Brownie overload that had nothing but vanilla ice cream an chocolate sauce. I called and explained my frustration and was told I would receive complimentary replacement coupons. I waited more than a month for coupons and they were for sundaes. I decided that I would use my coupons today. I waited 25 minutes only to be told the were out of flavor of day. Couldn't get my coupons back was offered a different option if I wanted to reorder and wait another 25 minutes. Nope never again
