I ordered a carburetor for my 1980 FJ 40. I didn't hear from the company for a couple of weeks, so I emailed them. Keenan was quick to respond and explained the delay to me. I checked back a few weeks later and once again Keenan informed me of the progress of the part. He let me know when it shipped. It was the perfect part to get my TLC up and running again. I ordered a part from the site on July 25th and had to email in Aug 13th (they replied Aug16)for information. They told me it would be shipped within that week, it wasn't. Very poor costumer service. They took $1500 and then no word for a month. Unacceptable
