I had a great experience ordering a trophy for my daughter to celebrate her first year of dance. The website showed great detail of each product and it was very easy to place an order. The product was processed so quickly and was received on time. I can't wait to see my daughter's reaction after we present it to her at her recital. I will definitely recommend this site to my friends and family memebers.

I paid extra to have my item overnighted so it would be here 1 day before for the retirement party. It didn't arrive until after party. But Crown made it right by adjusting the shipping charges. For that I was grateful.

This is my 6th year ordering track and field trophies for my track team. I always receive great customer service whether it be on the phone or web chat. I pay for the trophies myself and the prices are very affordable but the reaction from the kids is priceless.

Overall, I have only good things to say about CrownAwards.com! I was looking for a couple trophies (last minute, of course) and they were able to accommodate my quick request flawlessly. Additionally, the quality of the trophies was better than expected!

I am pleased with the ease of ordering and a good selection.
However I am disappointed that the Key to Success lapel pin has been discontinued. I called customer service and the representative was very helpful and offered suggestions.

I have ordered several times and have been very satisfied with the product and customer service if needed. The site is easy to navigate. However i have had to call after receiving the orders due to defects in the product. Inspectors of the product need to step it up and take more time before shipping items out.

Great item, however the label was crooked. I was able to remove it and re-glue it back. Just seemed to me that this should have been important enough to make sure it was straight. Quick shipping and well packaged.

This is my third order from you and I have been very pleased with my past orders. Anything you can do to expedite my order would be appreciated.

The site is very well designed with lots of easy to make choices. I placed the order for 10 personalized trophies on Monday and received the order, well packed and just as advertised on Tuesday! That is exceptional service!

I found a small anomaly on one of the paperweights that was very obvious. Was not happy for that. Considered the amount each one costs. I would think it would have been caught in the quality check.

Received product in amazing time. Two plaques had a scratch but not to bad, one was able to be rubbed out. But I have to say the whole process was amazing. I am sure if I would complain it would be taken care of. It is so minor. I am not complaining. AWESOME!

I always shop with Crown Awards bc of the quality,variety, cost, ease of online ordering and fast shipping.
However, the order on the glitter trophies was incorrect and I was unable to give them on the planned date. I will have to make other arrangements and have them given at the school awards day rather than our concert.

You can find anything and everything easy and quick. And if you are stuck the help is always responds quick and know exactly what you're looking for. And getting it delivered in a hurry is great. Things can be a little bit expensive for single pieces. But hey they have it and send it quick.

Very much appreciated getting the email with my previous purchases so I could use the order number. Otherwise it is very difficult to find the same product again. Product is once again excellent and well priced.

We paid extra for express shipping but did not receive the products at the date indicated. Other than that, the products themselves are a good deal. I will be calling to see if I could get a refund on the shipping price we paid.

Darlene was helpful when I had questions for the chat and ordering was very easy. The award arrived within 3 business days and is beautiful. Great quality and better than a similar one I had ordered previously through a different company. I will definitely use Crown again in the future.

Helpful staff addressed my questions but I did have a request for a photo of the real item which was dodged multiple times. The delivered product was as good as I expected it to be but I wish it were a little more stone-colored.
