Really nice site. Very easy to find what I want. I like the process to customize if I'd like and then how it will look. I also like how I can check and edit items in my shopping cart. The costs and shipping were also very straight forward to understand and select. Overall, very easy and will be back again.

The shopping experience was great. We purchased the medals from here because of the $100+ free shipping only to find out that when actually placing the order the medals did not qualify. We were disappointed in this. Had we know that ahead of time we would have probably ordered from somewhere else but with the time frame of need we had to go ahead with the order.

I was very happy with my order. After I placed order, had to add 2 more medals. The CSR was quick to answer email, add to my order, invoice me so it could get paid. Both orders arrived at same time. I got my order within 5 days (that included them making it & shipping)

My award shipment was delayed by a UPS error. The customer service department worked with me to ensure that I received my awards on the day of my event by cancelling the ground shipping and reshipping by air. Even though the awards didn't make it by the time my event was completed, I am still very satisfied with the way the situation was handled. I will not hesitate to order from Crown Awards again in the future.

I'm not one of those people that likes to shop online because I usually don't have time, but this experience was brief and simple and the product made it look like it took time and was a lot of trouble. But I assure you it was not difficult at all. I will continue to order from CrownAwards for all my trophy needs.

Every year we order from Crown Awards and the quality of medals and trophies is excellent. I ordered medals and I love that I can pick which ribbon goes on the medal.
I received the order and I picked a shiny silver medal and its ok but have gotten better items in the past. My players will be happy. Love the year ribbon.

I found all the designs of trophies I was looking for and I like the fact that I could customize what I wanted on the trophies. I like how your site is set up. It is easy to navigate through different items and you have a large selection to choose from. Prices are also very economical.

I was very pleased with the online ease of ordering, the contact I had with the customer service team (called more than once). The product that I ordered was the ceramic mug and was of very good quality. The turnaround time was excellent, no delay whatsoever. All of the items shipped were well protected and there was no breakage. I would definitely recommend Crown Awards and will use them again!

My experience with Crown Awards was great I needed to get a trophy for my 6 year old son who I knew was going to be disappointed if you didn't get one. I ordered it on Tuesday night and expected delivery was Friday but I received it Thursday. Great job it's well appreciated

Live chat was helpful but product mailed to me was a different color than I chose, plus the diamond was just clear plastic and did not look at all like a diamond in any way and not like the picture online.

Your website is not as easy to manuver than other websites. My opinion is that an upgrade by your webmaster may consider a look at Amazon.com, for simplicity and fluid travel, through the ordering process. Be assured, even tith the hurdles a consumer needs to traverse; I like your products, and have a group purchase forthcoming.
