Realized we needed an award for an event we are sponsoring within a week. I ordered online in the morning, got confirmation that it shipped the same day and it was delivered within just a few days. The product turned out great and was worth the price, especially for the speedy shipping and delivery!

Amazing follow up. I started an order but my internet connection was cut short... I got an email asking what they could assist with and gave me an 800 # to call, on a sunday. I completed the order and I got the awesome award in time in the time frame that was stated.

The price was reasonable, the item looked the exact way it did online, and it came when it said it would. As an online shopper I appreciate when things arrive when they say they will. Especially when I'm ordering last minute and need it on a day the mail doesn't run! Thank you Jesus!

The chat sessions have been very helpful...each person has been able to help me and in good time.except when I was not able to get my order confirmation and all representatives just tried resending it...I didn't feel they were understanding the problem or believed me and was not interested in solving it...but all worked out ok...

This is my 3rd time ordering, but I was dissatisfied of my purchase. The clear base with glitter/sparkles does not look like the picture. I took it will be a gold base with sparkles on it. I should just ordered gold instead, but too late since my party is tomorrow. Thank you for everything. Sincerely, Liz

I recommend using the online format for text engraving, I try to shortcut that by using the chat and telephone help, that was not as successful. The staff was courteous and help me straighten out my order. I then placed it online and the result was perfect text and quickly delivered awards. Will definitely use this site every year!

Easy ordering and fast shipping. Love the medals but the trophy I purchased I am dissatisfied with! There are large markings on the base and it doesn't look nice at all. I also purchased the plastic case for the medals which was also disappointing because of quality.

I use Crown Awards for all trophies I need. I run a fantasy baseball league,2 fantasy football leagues,and I have a BBQ rib contest every year. I get the awards from Crown for all of them.
