I am very pleased with my purchase. The medal I ordered was mostly what I was expecting. The only comment I have is that the "engraving" piece is not really engraved, it's a separate sticker that you attach to the back but for the price and quickness of delivery it's understandable.

This was my first order from Crown, I wanted trophies for a retired racing greyhound event. They had these trophies for a great price and fast delivery. They are exactly what I wanted and as advertised - no surprises! The price is very reasonable and there are a ton of options. Will buy from Crown again if the need arises!

As usual Crown came to my rescue. I always leave ordering the trophies to the last minute but they can be counted on to come through with quality items at a good price with reliable delivery. Additionally their packaging is excellent and the items always arrive in perfect condition. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my trophies and medals.

When I received the item, I was truly shocked at the quality, size, and detail of the medal and ribbon. It exceeded my expectations, especially since the purchase price was so small. Ordering on line was very user friendly. Would have liked for the team logo I paid extra was in color. I do not recall seeing any notation, when I personalized the plaque, that the logo would only print in black. Order was received prior to event date.

Easy to place order, lots of shipping choices and the product arrived as promised. Had to call customer service and they really do provide service to customers. In this day that's getting to be a rare item. The medallions were great looking and the engraving enhanced the overall look of the awards.

I experienced a bit of 'quirkiness' on your website when I started to place my order--I entered a quantity of 2 for the first item and when it was put in my cart, it suddenly changed to 8...might have been a slip by me, but I then had to 're-start' my order.

Great site, good live chat, nice products. Would like to see you offer free shipping on pin orders over $100.00 doesn't seem fair if I buy trophies over a $100.00 you provide free shipping but for one small box of over $100.00 in pins I have to pay about $8.00 in shipping.

Ordered a couple of medals for a chili cook-off we were hosting. They were a hit! Loved the personalization feature and the quality of the medals are fantastic. Fast shipping, great price, and consistent communication. I am very happy with my purchase and will be ordering again!

The medal we selected said that it was a:"glow rim" described as "Light Up Any Room With Crown's Sport Rimz 4.0 Medals..." While they are pretty, they are not reflective, nor do they light up or glow. It is disappointing.

Lots of choices, easy to find items and great customer service. Please design more new trophies and medals for piano players, not necessarily a Grand Piano, just a piano keyboard with black and white keys.

The website is very easy to use. You are able to use the "keyword" search bar and find almost anything you would like. They have a wide variety of categories both professional, leisure, and hilarious.
