I've used Crown Awards in the past and have never been dissatisfied by their products or service. Crown Awards continues to exceed my expectations in terms of quality, price and order-to-ship turnaround.
Everything looks awesome but I guess I clicked on the wrong box. I was wanting the marble finish. I will pay better attention next year! Thanks for the good work, we have never had anything this nice before. Hopefully the recipients will feel the same way.

Very easy to use.I just received my Trophy in very quick time. After I unwrapped the many layers of bubble wrap I found my trophy. It was well protected by its wrapping and was in perfect condition. The trophy which is approximately 17" high is really some thing I feel proud to display.
The web site layout doesn't look as fancy as most. But the product, service, cost, and shipping were better than any site with a slick layout.
The site is difficult to figure out and complete the order.
But don't let that put you off. The final resulting medals and trophies are worth it!
Very easy to navigate sight and lots of great items and price ranges to choose from. Clear directions throughout the process and I like how it shows the price as you go and I never received an email about my order, even after calling them and letting them know I didn't receive email.
Easy to order, including engraving, quick production and delivery. Only thing I didn't like was the "Made In Taiwan" sticker affixed to the finished face of the product. As a gift, it would never have been given this way and even for personal use it would have to be removed. I managed to get the sticker AND the remaining adhesive off w/o damaging the product but it never should have been on there to begin with. Unseen backs and bottoms are fine for that stuff. NEVER on the display face.

Product quality is good and looks attractive. However, closer attention to details needed. For example, visible glue needs to be removed from the polished surface and ensure that the engraved mental is affixed securely to the wood before mailing.
Excellent store. We order from you for all of our medals. Very impressive. I ordered medals on a Thursday morning and they were on my door step Friday afternoon. Awesome. You made a bunch of Little Leaguers very happy.
Everything was great except the package was left out in the rain and the cardboard had soaked through by the time I was home. The trophies seem fine but I am a little worried in regards to the stickers for the dog tags. Maybe boxes could be put in plastic bags when being left outside?
This was amazing! We thought about getting our nephew a soccer trophy 3 days before we needed it! For under $20 we had a great trophy, personalized with his name, at our house in two days! Will definitely use this website again!
It's not clear if the font size will adjust to fill the height of the plate if I only select a single word. I spent too much time looking around the sight for this information. I had to go to chat which solved my problem but way too much time involved!
These are the comments that I provided on the website at the time of placing my order. However, when I received my order, my issues were in fact NOT solved by the person I spoke to on CHAT. She assured me that the word would fill the plate. It did not. Please review the pictures and my more detailed comments for the specific plates I ordered.
I loved medallion but case in which to present it is unable to open. I will not return because my event is coming up soon and there's not enough time. I probably will shop again being that medal and ribbon was beautiful.
Each order that I place arrives promptly, the products are precisely what I anticipate, and the prices are superb. I'm so excited that I found this company after less than stellar experiences with others. I recommend them to friends and colleagues regularly!
I am satisfied with the appearance of the medals I recently purchased. The etched out, more 3-D face of the medals was combined with a decal/sticker a bit more tastefully in this design than others I'd ordered in past years. However, there's a noticeable price difference between the two if you're quantity is 50 or less. You have to order in greater bulk quantities to get the subsidies and for small businesses like mine, it's just another overhead! Over the last 4 years, my have increased over $50 as the quality of materials used and appearances of medals costing $1.49 or so have diminished.
I ordered two personalized trophies on a Friday and received them the following Thursday. They were perfect and just as I had ordered.

2 of the trophies arrived broken in half. Which is surprising because shipping is very expensive on these items. My order was approximately $200.00 and my Shipping was approximately $29.00. More than 10%. I believe that is too high. Especially after they arrived broken.
Crown Awards was Very helpful and nice, when I called them to tell them about the broken items. They quickly shipped the replacement items, and said I should receive them in 2 days.
Awesome looking products on the site, when you get the actual product, the "metal" parts are plastic that may or may not be scratched (mine were in several places). The pillars are also plastic. From a distance, the product looks really amazing, and when you get up close, you can start to see all of the flaws.
