Crown Awards

I would not have ordered these if my time constraints were not so tight. You claim "free shipping" on items over $100, but the little pop-up near the $9.99 shipping rates says it does not include crystal, acrylic, etc...and "ALL OTHER ITEMS" which I feel is pure deceit.

I have been using Crown Awards for years. My previous company executed our Service Anniversary Award Program through them and I just ordered two Thank You Plaques for Board Members at my new organization. Satisfies as always! Easy to deal with and nice quality products.

This is my first time using Crown. It was easy to navigate the site, even though there are thousands of options. I did use the Chat function for a question. It was fast and Ashley solved my problem in seconds. This will be my first stop in the future, and probably the only stop.

I ordered 4 plaques for our Veterans in our church and they turned out beautiful. Our service men loved them. I hope to order more from you.

For shoppers outside the U.S., you should note that items are priced in USD. I was unable to find any reference to this on your site. Google suggested your business when I was looking for a Canadian business. While I am still confident in my purchase, I need to consider the exchange. Thank you

The pins were even nicer than they had appeared--the quality and appearance are perfect! I also appreciated the quickness of the delivery!

We used this for a "Holiday Hat" contest and swapped the hanging ornament with a fun holiday hat for our custom award.

The medals and engravings were outstanding, the sculpture trophy that I ordered was smaller/thin than I had expected, a little more dimension details in description would be a plus. The product was very nice in design and detail but kinda on the miniature size.

I have been ordering Halloween trophies from here for a couple of years and have been very happy with the quality, price, and how fast orders get shipped. I will always come back to this website for all of my future Halloween party trophies!

Prices are great, but as this is the first time I have used your website, I will wait until your products arrive to fully sing your praises. If everything arrives as I hope it will, you will definitely be used for our multiple events.

It was not easy to find and select the trophy that I wanted. Because there was a lot of great selections, but they had one that jumped off the website at me and I went with the Super Bowl looking one. I purchased it for the Bowl Mania winner in our office pool. When I brought it in everyone was really pumped to win the trophy.

The only thing I didn't like was the emblem on the smaller crystal awards. It takes away from the overall beauty because it looks like it was just attached with an adhesive. The larger award I got really looked nice though!

I received my order very quickly. I will definitely order from here again. Highly recommended!

Great selection of products however the certificates I wanted were not available but you don't find out until you try to add them to the card. They should show sold out before even trying to purchase the product

I had a little trouble since I didn't create an account before placing my order. I used the online chat option and Stephanie was able to help me confirm whether or not my order was indeed in the system. With her help I placed my order without further issues.

The chili sticker fell off the trophy and I was only able to do a survey on two of the three products I received. The larger trophy was extremely light weight and very cheaply made. First time in all the years I have bought trophies that I am dissatisfied.
