I specifically reached out to Crown's chat service to confirm that my entire 6 x 6 would be filled with words and was told yes, the font would be adjusted. Instead, I got a big piece of gold colored plastic with three lines of text in the middle and a whole bunch of empty space. Also- I somehow missed that I was paying $14 for a piece of plastic. I thought i was getting a brass plate. I tried to find where they mention it is plastic, but i do not see that anywhere on the engraving plates webpage. The shipping was not reasonable for 2 day fedex service. So I spent $30 for a piece of gold plastic. If that is what you want, they can provide it.
All products received as advertised and in a very prompt time-frame. Prices are very fair. Excellent customer service, although disappointed that I needed to make an additional order of certificates b/c the product link was frozen and was not immediately fixable. I was asked to order the gift certificates because that specific product link on Crown's site was not working. I was charged an additional $5 shipping even though everything shipped together.
The online chat was awesome. Kathy was super helpful and checked things out and got me to the link I needed to order once we were sure I was not in the system. Just very helpful. Did not see the plates with the little cutout corners but that is fine the color and size will match and I can drill the holes too make it fit perfect. Thanks
In the end this plate was not the same as the plates I have on the trophy and I will need to look to get engraving done on these plates on the trophy. I will get back on the site to see if this is possible and if not find another way. I am still happy with the service it is just I was not as clear on what I needed.

I purchased what I thought was going to be 3 nametags for a group I represent.when I received the items they were peel and stick? All I wanted was 3 name tags,with the info I requested to be put on each...the customer service woman was unhelpful,even when I said I was looking for a refund just wanted the right items.she told me I had to buy 50.needed 3...I would of paid for the mistake no matter who was at fault.she didn't care to help at all...buyer beware on what order! F- on customer service and company policy..
Great shipping time. Easy to use website. Just wish the design on medals were a little better quality. They were only stickers inside the medal. Could have had a clear gloss dome or something of that sort on top of the sticker in the medal. But overall good experience. This was the 2nd time I used CrownAwards. I will continue to use them. I made a mistake with the engraving that I didn't notice until after I checked out. I sent an email to customer support and Alyssa Epstein handled it immediately. I love the ease of ordering from Crown Awards and I am so impressed that engraved items usually arrive the next day!

I live in Alaska so shipping is typically expensive or unavailable. I ordered the trophies on Wednesday and received them Friday. I am SO impressed with the trophies and the quick service. I will definitely be ordering again!
