I ordered 3 trophies and 2 of the bases were cracked and color chipped on 1 of them. Yes i contacted the company and they tried to fix the wrongs. But really i paid good money for peace of mind. And i didnt get it... Not likely to reorder for our school or PTA again.

As usual quick order processing and quick delivery, I can place an order for engraving in the morning and next thing I know the items have shipped and usually the same day. Products are always top notch and as ordered

The only thing I find annoying is all the access of emails I am receiving. Tell me my order is approved, shipped and that all I need.
The other 1/2 dozen is nonsense and annoying.

I wanted to make the same order as last year but just change the date which would have been so easy. I wish you had a reorder button where you could change the engraving. I had to do the entire order again.

The process was easy and I appreciated the product I received. I feel that the website is a little messy and Think a way to create and choose awards in a set would be nicer versus having to choose each one individually.

This time, unfortunately, my shipment did not arrive in time for my event. The package was delayed, by the post office, for some unknown reason. Missed my event date by 2 days. The products are great, and this is the first time shipping was a problem.

Ordering was easy, the delivery was pretty fast although the cost of sipping was as much as the one item I wanted. The item itself was great, but the nameplate was attached slightly crooked. I will detach it and regale it here, but I thought this should have been a higher quality job than that.

I got my trophy from you last year when I won my fantasy football league. I loved it so much that.well...I won 2 leagues this year and will be getting both of my trophies from you again this year! Thank You! And I did and again it was awesome!

The product arrived to my address as advertised but the trophy itself has a dent within the football on top of the trophy. I do not want to send it back due to the dent being small but I just wanted to inform you of the product received. Thanks.

It was so easy and quick to do I was so happy to find this website. When I received the product so fast I was completely amazed and to find that it was such a great quality I was beyond excited about referring friends and co workers to use this site in the future.

I used Crown Awards when my kids were younger 15 years ago and was pleased with the service and merchandise. I was looking forward to seeing the Plaques.
