Easy to navigate website - I ordered the trophy with custom logo at midnight on Friday - no problem. It was delivered Tuesday (Monday was Columbus Day), just as Crown Awards said it would be.

I'm happy with the product overall, I'm semi disappointed in my self for not asking questions about the layout. The size of the lettering is rather small compared to the space that it is on, but that is my own fault for not looking into the set up.

Easy to find what I needed. Actually this is the third time this month that I have ordered the same item because I just keep adding to the list of those needing to receive this award. The turn around time of the order is exceptional. It arrived several days before expected.

Read carefully when ordering. Everything was perfectly well done except I thought I was ordering a metal plate and I received a plastic plate. I believe the problem was with my reading and not a problem with the company. Other than my mistake, everything was perfect including super fast shipping. Will definitely use this company again.

This was fairly easy, once I found your site. Thank you. The only issue is the cost of shipping/handling which was just about the cost of the trophy, itself. I know shipping costs have increased, but this was very lightweight. Overall, very pleased.

I appreciated the quick response time from the editor of the draft pdf's and the very prompt shipping. Very happy with the way the crystals, plaques and cups looked when they arrived. Nice individual packaging too.

First experience when we bought medals it was great, second experience we bought trophies and were expecting much better quality, I guess because the experience at first was very good thought buying trophies was going to be as good, but reality is that the trophies are not that great.
