Lost my money, when I attempted to buy PS4 Bundle on this site! I sent three emails, and not one of them was answered! Just silence! Like the guy in one review said, they helped you in the beginning, yet once you purchased it, they fall silence. I had questions for this site, such as when is the bundle going to be SHIPPED.
This "CrotaGames" is a front, because I saw one of the well-known companies, such as Steam, U Play, Games for Windows Live, claim to recommend this site. All of them come up with "NOT FOUND" HTML code. Plus, there's no actual number to call, and complain and ask for refund. This so-called, 'CrotaGames' company looks completely legit, yet there's nothing of this name on social media or even ads.
I should've researched this fraud, before I bought a bundle, and lost my money. This company should be shut down immediately!
I still haven't had a full refund!
