Order me a pair of there shoes about three months now and never got them when ask for my money back all communication stopped. These people are no good they will take your money and don't deliver your product do not order anything from these people.

DO not Order from this Company!. They dont have a phone number. They dont provide tracking numbers because they never ship product. I ordered in January. Still no refund. Tracking or shoes. I have emailed 10 times. Still nothing. About to call my bank!.
What a horrible company to take peoples money when they could have easily spent their money locally for same product!. Contacting BBB

I order crocs for my daughter on December 1 and we are on March and I haven't received them I sent them email mine to times and I haven't sent a response back.

So, there is no question about it. My sister in law lives near the addresses they give on their website. I asked her to go and see if she could get my shoes that I ordered in December 2020. The address les her to the parking lot of Whole Foods where there were several other shops. None of them was Crocschanel. I hate to be judgemental, but I get suspicious when the English and grammar are off in email correspondence from companies. We have been duped! They do not allow you to give a zero rating here. That one star is far too generous!

I ordered 1 pair from here 3 months ago. No tracking number no phone number to call and contact them. I emailed them several times. I get a automated message from Linda Williams. Saying they will send a tracking number and will rush my order. And it's the pandemic and bla bla bla. And they will give me a 15 % refund which never shows up on my account. They are a scam. Don't order from these thieves unless you want to give your money away.

Ordered a pair of crocks back in 1/9/21 and have yet to receive them, I'm unable to communicate with them, they're unresponsive. This is a complete scam, they still people's money.

My story is the same as all the rest. Ordered 2 pair on Dec 1. Have sent over 40 EMails. Linda Willams sends the same cover letter every time. I have begged a demanded a full refund with no regard. All lies! These people are thieves! I didn't want to give it 1 star but it made me! Can we not go to better business bureau?

I ordered 2 pair over 8 weeks ago. Still haven't received them, and there is no way to find out if I will get them. There is no one to talk to - no matter what you ask in an e-mail, they send you the same reply. Buy your croc's somewhere else -- where you might actually get the product you ordered. Doesn't look like they will refund your money either. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. The only reason they get one star is I can't post this review without clicking on a star.

Ordered cross from them and still nothing 4 months later! Wrote them to complain they wanna blame it on slow shipping! Bull$#*!! No other place I order from is having problems. They also said they would refund me some of my money because of it! That was over a month ago and still nothing! Do NOT Order anything from them!

My husband placed a order for my Christmas present in November 2020. We still have not received it or the 15% refund. We keep getting the run around.

I would give a zero if I could. I purchased 2 pair 12/22/20. Still have not received them. Sent multiple msgs and received reply from a Linda Williams in support department. She jut keeps repeating same msg starting she contacted and urged delivery department to hasten my delivery. Complete BULL! Still no change in delivery status. How disappointing.

I ordered 4 pr of their shoes & spent over $100 around Dec 15th at first they contacted me saying my order was ready for shipping & would soon send me a tracking # never did. Then they contacted me saying there was a delay in shipping & they could offer me a 15 % refund. Never did. Heard from someone named Linda Williams & a girl named Jessica. I have reached out multiple times & now they won't even respond back. Is there any recourse we can do?

I never received my order I think this page is a scam! Do not fall into the trap these crocs are lies!

I placed an order for a pair of shoes in November as a Christmas present. I have not received the shoes. I have reached out by e-mail multiple times, and can NOT get a straight forward answer. I seem to receive an automated response from someone named Linda Williams. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. I was offered a 15% refund for my trouble and still have not received that. They should give me a full refund. They won't even answer if the product has shipped and keep asking me to wait. I have asked for someone to call me and still get no phone call. I think this company may be a scam.

I ordered a pair of shoes Nov 16th, 2020 and had to call my bank for a refund it had been 3 months and I still never received them and I could never get a straight answer from them over anything I asked if they were coming from China they refuse to answer

I ordered a pair of nurse crocs for my niece on 1/6/21. I received several emails from them during the supposed process of the shoes. I then received an email in January 22,2021 saying the shoes were done and be patient with shipping due to Covid-19. I never received the shoes nor any other emails. I then started looking into the company when I saw all the reviews of people getting scammed like me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM! I'm not even going to bother to try to get my money back because it seems too much of a hassle and you get no where and won get all of your money back anyway. I will check reviews from now on before ordering from anyone!

I placed an order on November 17th and have still not received my order. I have emailed multiple times with a response from "Linda Williams" that offers little to no assistance. Do not order from this company!

I also should have read the reviews before falling for this apparent scam. I placed an order early Dec. 2020, got a message that the order was held up do to shipping. I emailed mid-January asking when I could expect delivery and also received a response from "Linda Williams" telling me that she would give a 20 percent discount in my future order (yeah, right!), after another email inquiring into my order she offered 15 percent off my current order. What a scam! I've been taken and am angry! This was advertised on Facebook - they need to check into this scam!

I ordered on November 28th and they had no problem taking my money.

It's feb 14th and I can't get a response via email, there is no phone number and I never got the crocs that I ordered as a Christmas present.
