I placed an order for a pair of shoes on 12/5/20. I have not received the shoes. I have reached out by e-mail multiple times, and can NOT get a straight forward answer. I seem to receive an automated response from someone named Linda Williams. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. I was offered a 15% refund for my trouble. How about a full refund! They won't even answer if the product has shipped. I think this company may be a scam.

I would give a zero if I could. I purchased 2 pair 12/22/20. Still have not received them. Sent multiple msgs and received reply from a Linda Williams in support department. She jut keeps repeating same msg starting she contacted and urged delivery department to hasten my delivery. Complete BULL! Still no change in delivery status. How disappointing.

I ordered 2 pair over 8 weeks ago. Still haven't received them, and there is no way to find out if I will get them. There is no one to talk to - no matter what you ask in an e-mail, they send you the same reply. Buy your croc's somewhere else -- where you might actually get the product you ordered. Doesn't look like they will refund your money either. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. The only reason they get one star is I can't post this review without clicking on a star.

My story is the same as all the rest. Ordered 2 pair on Dec 1. Have sent over 40 EMails. Linda Willams sends the same cover letter every time. I have begged a demanded a full refund with no regard. All lies! These people are thieves! I didn't want to give it 1 star but it made me! Can we not go to better business bureau?

Ordered thanksgiving for xmas - every-time i email, I receive an automated message from "Linda Williams" offering me 15% refund off my order. SCAM - I would love to find these people and beat them to death. From the number of reports here, I feel class action is in order. This place is AWFUL! I ordered 3 pair and never received them. They refunded me for one pair, but not the other 2. After Linda Williams said I could request a full refund, which I did. After a ridiculous amount of emails, they are now telling me they are shipping. When I tried emailing them back, it comes back mail/demon failure. I guess I'm screwed out of the remaining $45.85.

I ordered crocs from this place on Dec. 4 and we still have NOT received them. According to my tracking number they were shipped on Feb 28, here it is April 20 and still no crocs. We have emailed them numerous times and the Customer Service Representative, Linda Williams, always replies with the same thing, please be patience... I think I have been patient enough. If you guys need $35.00 that bad just keep it!

I also should have read the reviews before falling for this apparent scam. I placed an order early Dec. 2020, got a message that the order was held up do to shipping. I emailed mid-January asking when I could expect delivery and also received a response from "Linda Williams" telling me that she would give a 20 percent discount in my future order (yeah, right!), after another email inquiring into my order she offered 15 percent off my current order. What a scam! I've been taken and am angry! This was advertised on Facebook - they need to check into this scam!

I ordered a pair of crocs as a birthday gift for someone back in January and here it is May and still no shoes. Like the other reviewers I sent several emails and received the same response from Linda saying the same thing. Potential customers please do not be pulled in by the beauty of the product. It is definitely a scam. Now to the company I have prayed and turned this situation, your company, and everyone involved over to the Lord. He can handle you far better than I or any review I write. So Watch Out!

My review is pretty much the same as everyone. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes Nov 11,2020. Genereic email response when inquired about delayed delivery. Finally received my order April 12,2021 and it wasn't complete. I got 1 pair and 1/2 of the others - a left shoe with one design and a right show of the other! When I emailed requesting the other halves, it won't go through (send). Hmm.
Also has anyone noticed they are NOT even Crocs!? No where is 'Crocs' printed on shoe. And they aren't even made out of the correct material!

I ordered two Christmas gifts in early December and still haven't received them. I email constantly asking for an update but never get it.

DO not Order from this Company!. They dont have a phone number. They dont provide tracking numbers because they never ship product. I ordered in January. Still no refund. Tracking or shoes. I have emailed 10 times. Still nothing. About to call my bank!.
What a horrible company to take peoples money when they could have easily spent their money locally for same product!. Contacting BBB

Placed order on 12/23/20 for two pairs of shoes totaling 63.00. After 2 months and emailing the company, still no shoes! I have filed a complaint with PayPal, but don't know if I'll get a refund. Don't give these idiots your money

I ordered 1 pair from here 3 months ago. No tracking number no phone number to call and contact them. I emailed them several times. I get a automated message from Linda Williams. Saying they will send a tracking number and will rush my order. And it's the pandemic and bla bla bla. And they will give me a 15 % refund which never shows up on my account. They are a scam. Don't order from these thieves unless you want to give your money away.

I ordered 4 pr of their shoes & spent over $100 around Dec 15th at first they contacted me saying my order was ready for shipping & would soon send me a tracking # never did. Then they contacted me saying there was a delay in shipping & they could offer me a 15 % refund. Never did. Heard from someone named Linda Williams & a girl named Jessica. I have reached out multiple times & now they won't even respond back. Is there any recourse we can do?

I was so excited to order my crocs w/chickens yah well still waiting and after a million emails and asking for a refund I got nothing. Nothing! Website looked legit they think they are slick well I hope karma gets hold of you before any of us do. God sees what you do and believe me laugh now cry later! You are pieces of trash to do this to hard working people. You are what's wrong w/this life!

I ordered a pair before Thanksgiving for my wife for Christmas, still had not received them by 12/23, requested a refund and all I am getting is one excuse after another. Sent an email today to their customer service and just got it back as undeliverable. This place is a total scam, never buy from here. I gave them one star because I had to or the would not let me post my review.

I ordered my shoes 2 months ago and at first got all kinds of texts- shoes being poured, shoes being mailed- NOTHING and only response we will refund you 10$- never done over 2 weeks since that reply- no phone number to call- these folks are robbing front line workers- Im covid ICU nurse SHAME on them- please don't order - you wont get

Do not order they are scaming people big time you won't receive your order they give you a run around when I call lesson learned never again it was only 35 dollars but im calling my lawyer Monday its the principal that they are taking money from people

I got scammed. Saw there ad on Facebook for nursing crocs. Surprised Facebook with all of its fake news ccntrrol would allow a fake site to advertise!

I placed an order at the end of Dec 2020 for 3 pairs 1 was suppose to be for my sons Birthday in January of coarse never received them have email them several times and got the same response everyone else has gotten. I'm very pissed!

This company is a huge scam, they aren't even real i do not think. I keep getting the same generated email in response to my questions to them. I wish i would have looked at this site before ordering. It says the payment from Paypal and i don't even have a paypal. I am dispiting it with my bank. I am very disappointed though because i really wanted the shoes
