I placed an order at the end of Dec 2020 for 3 pairs 1 was suppose to be for my sons Birthday in January of coarse never received them have email them several times and got the same response everyone else has gotten. I'm very pissed!

I ordered crocs from this place on Dec. 4 and we still have NOT received them. According to my tracking number they were shipped on Feb 28, here it is April 20 and still no crocs. We have emailed them numerous times and the Customer Service Representative, Linda Williams, always replies with the same thing, please be patience... I think I have been patient enough. If you guys need $35.00 that bad just keep it!

I ordered a pair of crocs as a birthday gift for someone back in January and here it is May and still no shoes. Like the other reviewers I sent several emails and received the same response from Linda saying the same thing. Potential customers please do not be pulled in by the beauty of the product. It is definitely a scam. Now to the company I have prayed and turned this situation, your company, and everyone involved over to the Lord. He can handle you far better than I or any review I write. So Watch Out!

I was so excited to order my crocs w/chickens yah well still waiting and after a million emails and asking for a refund I got nothing. Nothing! Website looked legit they think they are slick well I hope karma gets hold of you before any of us do. God sees what you do and believe me laugh now cry later! You are pieces of trash to do this to hard working people. You are what's wrong w/this life!

I ordered a pair early December 2020, and it's now April 12,2021. I have asked a couple of times about delivery and received the same message everyone else seems to have gotten - shipping is delayed because of the pandemic, mail service is backed up, blah, blah, blah. Then I was offered 20% off my next order - HA - like I would order again when I'm still waiting on the first one. I just sent another message today and it was returned as "undeliverable." So, I think we're all out of the money we sent - no way to contact these crooks, or get our money back. But I am going to file a report with PayPal and possibly alert Facebook. I wish there was a way to give a zero rating!

Ordered 3 pairs all came in the wrong colors. 1 pair had two different size shoes in it and the other 2 pairs were the wrong size. Was told the best they could do was a 20% refund. Totally unacceptable. This website should be banned. They deserve a negative 5 star rating. I only gave them a 1 star because I had too.

My review is pretty much the same as everyone. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes Nov 11,2020. Genereic email response when inquired about delayed delivery. Finally received my order April 12,2021 and it wasn't complete. I got 1 pair and 1/2 of the others - a left shoe with one design and a right show of the other! When I emailed requesting the other halves, it won't go through (send). Hmm.
Also has anyone noticed they are NOT even Crocs!? No where is 'Crocs' printed on shoe. And they aren't even made out of the correct material!

You will not get a refund or your products! I was told in January that my product was ready to ship. Still haven't got it and they will not give a refund. The only thing in the email is they will give you a discount on your next order

If I could give no stars, I would! This is a total scam! I ordered my grandaughter crocs for Christmas. Order placed on Dec. 4th. Never received anything. So in Feb. I contacted them and received an email reply that my item has been sent to the shipping agent. On March 1st I received an email that USPS has been notified the package was on its way and had made a shipping label, they were just waiting on the product. Still no product on April 14th, so I emailed them again and now the email is no good. BOGUS BS!

Cant believe they scam. Never received and they must of blocked me email doesnt work. How can they scam people during a pandemic. When people just want to help people businesses stay afloat and they just take our money. Its sad really..

So much for personalised crocs can you can't even see my husband's name its should say BoogiesGirl you guys should be ashamed of yourself I had to wait for months to get the crocs in now you can't even get him right

Placed order on 12/23/20 for two pairs of shoes totaling 63.00. After 2 months and emailing the company, still no shoes! I have filed a complaint with PayPal, but don't know if I'll get a refund. Don't give these idiots your money

So, there is no question about it. My sister in law lives near the addresses they give on their website. I asked her to go and see if she could get my shoes that I ordered in December 2020. The address les her to the parking lot of Whole Foods where there were several other shops. None of them was Crocschanel. I hate to be judgemental, but I get suspicious when the English and grammar are off in email correspondence from companies. We have been duped! They do not allow you to give a zero rating here. That one star is far too generous!

My story is the same as all the rest. Ordered 2 pair on Dec 1. Have sent over 40 EMails. Linda Willams sends the same cover letter every time. I have begged a demanded a full refund with no regard. All lies! These people are thieves! I didn't want to give it 1 star but it made me! Can we not go to better business bureau?

I also should have read the reviews before falling for this apparent scam. I placed an order early Dec. 2020, got a message that the order was held up do to shipping. I emailed mid-January asking when I could expect delivery and also received a response from "Linda Williams" telling me that she would give a 20 percent discount in my future order (yeah, right!), after another email inquiring into my order she offered 15 percent off my current order. What a scam! I've been taken and am angry! This was advertised on Facebook - they need to check into this scam!

Do not order they are scaming people big time you won't receive your order they give you a run around when I call lesson learned never again it was only 35 dollars but im calling my lawyer Monday its the principal that they are taking money from people

I placed an order for a pair of shoes on 12/5/20. I have not received the shoes. I have reached out by e-mail multiple times, and can NOT get a straight forward answer. I seem to receive an automated response from someone named Linda Williams. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. I was offered a 15% refund for my trouble. How about a full refund! They won't even answer if the product has shipped. I think this company may be a scam.
