Just like the others, I ordered one of the soft ice machines, on sale for 90% off. The pictures provided on the website was of a GE brand machine which is around $500. They shipped an ice scoop, valued at about $. 50. Yahoo hosted this add for a week or two so I figured it was legit. Straight up fraud. These criminals need to be prosecuted.
I ordered an ice maker and got a scooper. When I brought it up to crazy deals, they offered me $8. I paid $40. They acted as if they were surprised but seeing Kevin's... post they knew about the situation. Do not buy anything from this site.
Same as the rest, ordered a counter ice maker for $39.95. Wow what a bargain I thought. Yeah a total of $47.95 for a dollar ice scoop they send me. The scam is in the return shipping. You get ice scoop from a warehouse in Jamaica NY but the company wants you to return it to China for full refund. They know that no one will return it because of the big shipping cost, that's the scam and they keep all your money. I was fortunate to get a full refund by Paypal because I send them a similar link like this one of same scams to prove my case. I also found this fraudulent deal on Yahoo.
I had the same issue as another writer here. Ordered a nugget ice maker but got an ice scoop in the mail from China. Paypal will help you get a refund, but you have to ship back the ice scoop and while it only weighs 1.4 ounces it will cost about $17 without tracking and $38 with tracking on USPS because of customs. Paypal wants tracking to show it was delivered back to them. So, I lose $38 but get back $40 of the $78.95 they charged. Came out ahead by $12 as they would only offer $28 as a refund. This is a fraud. Stay away.
Same complaint as other reviews. False advertising for a Nugget Ice Maker and received a cheap ice scoop for over $47! Total SCAM and their email address for responses (*******@mail.crazydealse.com) does not work. I don't expect my money back, but I'd like to see these people put in jail for stealing people's hard earned money. Pathetic.
I received a cheap ice scoop instead of an ice maker for 39.95. When I went to request a refund the company and their website are no longer around. Hope you don't fall for the bait and switch like I did.
Be aware and alert. This website is a SCAM! Supposedly, I bought an ice maker countertop machine which was on sale for $39.99. All I received was a small, scoop! When I wrote to complain, was informed that I purchased the scoop only! Shame on them. Will notify the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney.
You and pay for an item and they ship you some different and then will not give you back what you paid, for the item they shipped, they i could keep it and would give amount way less then the item i ordered and will not send what i order and was invoice for.
STOP this SCAM, I bought a "2021 Unclaimed Amazon Walmart Destination Wholesale Items - Instant Sale Today! Basic+Super Mysterious Box" by $69.98. I received FROM CHINA a single humidifier, item that is not worth more than $8 and they attempt to steal my money through this scam scheme.
Shenzhen Rui'anmeng Trading Co., Ltd (*******@gmail.com) are criminals for false advertising.
"False advertising is described as the crime or misconduct of publishing, transmitting, or otherwise publicly circulating an advertisement containing a false, misleading, or deceptive statement, made intentionally or recklessly to promote the sale of property, goods, or services to the public"
If the deal advertised is too good to be true, you bet it is a scam. Took my mother's money. She thought she was buying a nugget ice maker and was sent an ice scoop? When asked Crazydeals said they sent a similar item because the item was out of stock. Not even close. I am hopeful the credit card fraud will help get her money back. Crazy Deals offered a $8 refund only.
I ordered the Ice Maker as well and got an Ice Scoop. Offering for me to keep it and refund $10.00 after spending a total of $47.00 including shipping for a $2 scoop. Still arguing on email. Capital One will probably get my money back!
Saw this site on internet for a pool cleaner that was too good to be true. Ordered it on June 11, got confirmation, and that's the last I've heard. Can't connect to cheap deals or send message. I should have known better. How do you investigate a site that basically is under cover?
I placed an order for a Nugget Ice Maker at a 90% reduced price from this company expecting an honest transaction to take place. In the end, I received a very small, light weight ice shovel that probably cost less than $1.00 purchased in bulk. I can only guess that their intent was to have customers believe that they would be receiving the ice maker and this is a well planned scam. Crazy Deals had no intent of sending their consumers what they believed they had purchased.
Ordered and paid for ice maker and like several others I read here, received only a small plastic scoop.
Have reported to Amex and PayPal as fraud. WIll also be forwarding to the FBI.
I had order twice from this site both the time the issue same
I order 2 cord set and 1 dress they gave some thing else, a thing which is very different
Please donot buy buy it is a scam
They are fraud
They just want money nothing else
My husband purchased a nugget ice maker at 90% off. For $47 we received a cheap metal ice scoop/ when we asked for a refund they said keep the ice scoop & they will refund us $10. Their response was, often times the picture is not what the actual product is.
Thought I was buying a nugget ice maker and was sent an ice scoop. Emails got rejected. Trying to contact them. Don't buy from them as I am out $45 and you don't want to be on the same path. If something is too good to be true... it is.
This is a cheat company and request all not to purchase any products from this supplier. I had purchased a Metallic Golden Skeleton watch whereas I have received a very cheap black rexene plastic watch
The first photo is what I have received and
The second is the one I had Placed order for
Their site is deceptive - they shipped an ice scoop vs ice maker. Now I am negotiating for 20% of my purchase price. Avoid. Now site is gone and offline. Go figure
Real rating is a ZERO. Purchased a pool cleaner/vacuum from Crazydeals. Received a cheap, no name, China indoor hardwood floor vacuum. I asked for a refund but they stated they didn't have any more pool vacuums that they could send me. For the inconvenience, they could refund me $8 and keep the the cheap floor vacuum. This company is a scam/fraud. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY WILL SEND YOU A SUBSTITUTE ITEM. The substitute item will be worth about 10% of the actual item you were supposed to get.
