Chris Jones is a fake name, and some others too, they tried to make it proffesional when mailing, but they are truly dogy and fake when I talked to them. They are disgusting lying from time to time and trying to rib me off. They asked more money before releasing the logo. Do not fall into the trap.
Chris Jones (fake name) at Craftive Branding tried to upsell other products to me and when he couldn't he said I need to pay for the logo registration before he releases which is BS there is no such thing. Craftive Branding is Crafty Branding. These low life are scammers stay away. Don't believe the fake positive reviews.

I purchased logo design...
I purchased logo design... they have just tried to blackmail me into paying an additonal $350 to get ownership of it. They thought I was stupid which was insulting. They claimed the additional fee was for IP Australia to register it and then when challenged still would not admit it was a crock of sh... and said they would release it when I had a signed certificate from IP Australia. If I had no knowledge about this stuff as others wouldn't they may have succeeded. What an unethical bunch of cons!
Please contact myself I am happy to tell you all about Craftive branding, I have 22 other people that are happy to let anyone know what this company has done to them also, they stole money from myself and will not refund it, they try to threaten you will legal action when all you are doing is telling the truth about them, I have an email stating they will "ruin my life for the $300 they scammed from me" which is now in the hands of my lawyers.

They are very professional scammers that like to steel your money, after many months with them building the website and logo w asked them when was it going live, then they told us we had to by a portal and wanted 1200 more for 3 years of hosting, after many arguments "Samuel" which I don't think that even is the real guy name tells me his supervisor would talk to me, the so call supervisor begins by telling me why was this necessary but he would lower the price for the inconvenience to $800 which we told them "NO" since we had already paid for our website, few days later Samuel call again lowering to $400 for 3 years we should have not trusted them, I never had a good feeling about this people since the 1st time I spoke to the so called "Samuel"... I should have trusted my gut feeling. SO PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PEOPLE WILL TRICK YOU INTO SPENDING MORE AND MORE use wix.
Sold me fraudulent certifications. Refused to refund the money. Shut down the website when I complained. Everything is paid in full and now I have nothing.
Hi, by the time most people read these reviews its too late, they have already experienced the terrible business practices of Craftive Branding.
Our design studio Tangelo Creative has recently tried to assist a client of Craftive Branding in getting control of a website that Craftive was "building" for him. The client had paid A$2500. 00 for a website. This website was in fact just a theme from Theme Forrest that the client could have purchased himself for US $60.00. The only thing they had done was put his logo in the header. We then tried to gain control of this website from Craftive Branding, to gain control of the website they wanted another $350.00. We advised our client to cut his losses and run but unfortunately he paid the additional money and was given only limited access to the site. On inspection of the backend CMS nothing had been done to the original theme. None of the plugins had been installed or paid for, no work had been done on the navigation or shopping/payment set up.
In my opinion Craftive Branding should be put out of business for deceptive practices. I don't think "Chris Jones" is a real person also I suspect all of the 5 star reviews are fake.
I have reported Craftive to the ACCC. Hopefully they can put them out of business here in Australia at least. If you look at the attached picture there is at least a warning when you try to load www.craftivebranding.com.au
