Their website states same day shipping, false information. Website order information hasn't updated from showing its being processed. Finally contacted them by chat, rep stated item had shipped. When i asked why i wasn't sent an email to confirm she stated they did. I never received an email. I expressed my disappointment then rep became rude. Bye bye Cpap.com!
Our customer service agent Daryl was outstanding. We had endless headaches working with our insurance company's CPE provider - endless headaches and no results. When we learned that we would be charged MORE for a new machine from the provider with no idea when it might arrive, we went to CPAP.com. Daryl gave us the information we needed, was patient, courteous and thorough. And we received the new machine promptly at less cost to us.

I had purchased a new nasal pillows mask and a pack of 6 filters for my z1 cpap machine. Upon opening my package I received new mask and 1 packet of 2 filters missing 4 filters. Brandy a customer service agent answered quickly and sent not only the missing 4 missing filters for but 2 extra. Always have anxiety calling customer service being put on hold and transferred multiple times. Brandy made my week.

I am in the market for a new travel size CPAP, but the amount of options are overwhelming. Fortunately I got in touch with CPAP.com Live Chat and spoke with Shannon. She put together 3 different machines and compared them to each other. Made my decision much easier.
Definitely will be using CPAP.com in the future. Had to correct an order at the last minute and Chad was friendly and efficient in helping me out via their online chat. Rare that dealing with customer service with a company makes me want to spend more money with them.

I've been ordering from CPAP.com since 2014, when my original DME provider was no longer available. Every other DME has been really difficult to deal with for one reason or another, so finding CPAP.com was wonderful. Calling or chatting with them (this last time I chatted with Daryl, who was great!) is easy and quick, no hoops to jump through, and your prescription and orders are saved to your account so you can easily see what you've purchased before. Now there are two more family members who use CPAPs, and we're setting up accounts for each of them at CPAP.com. They are the best!

I've been using a C-Pap machine for just over 6 years now and have never been given an option to what size of headgear I could choose or needed. Never getting a full nights rest as the headgear they've been giving me was too big and all through the night having to adjust it. Chad is the first to bring that to my attention! I do not yet have my replacement cPAP machine but honestly that quality will be due to the manufacturer not cPAP.com. With ability to chat through text message Zachary spent a good deal of time with me to correct my own ordering error and select the right replacement cPAP for me. I appreciate the time, the detailed information, and the ease with which this was handled. Highly recommend the site. (I purchased an external battery long ago and that went well also)

I placed an order for CPAP supplies and ran into an issue where one of the items was out of stock even though it did not show this on the website. It cause my order to be delayed for shipping. Daryl assisted me with getting my order corrected so that I could get the other items I ordered why I waited for the last item to be restocked. Daryl was quick and efficient with handling the situation. I only rated 4 starts because of the issue with the item not being shown as out of stock.
